we were pleased with the prompt service we received from the time we placed an order for the boiler to the work being carried out. All work was completed to our satisfaction apart from one small issue which was rectified quickly with no trouble. The old boiler was taken away and everything was left clean and tidy. Thanks A Jay.

The online survey with Ajay was great and from quote to finish was only a matter of 3 days. The quote was very competive to others I had. The engineers, Sunay and Amrit, arrived on time and from start to finish did an excellent, tidy job. They are very get on with professional engineers. No problems all 100% positive. The engineers fitted the new boiler in the loft with care, consideration, efficiency and respect. They explained what they were doing and thoroughly cleaned up, leaving the loft spotless. I am also really impressed by the the initial phone contact who spoke with genuine knowledge of the boiler systems rather than pressing me for a sale.

We ordered a replacement boiler for my 94 year old mother at 6pm on Friday night. The engineers arrived at 8.30am the next morning and all was completed by mid day on the Saturday fully tested and cleaned up. Most impressed and would definitely recommend to everyone.

Came out within two days to fit a new boiler for me. Not used before so i was a bit worried.
They did a fantastic job, took a while longer than the 4 hours they quoted because they found a gas leak in my new fire. Well spotted boys.Came home to a lovely warm house and hot water. No mess at all. Would gladly recommend D&G Heating. Thanks again for quick service.

Avoid dishonest service. Offered 0% the it turns out it's actually 9.5% the work was also appalling avoid. Amazing how the reply to this message only points to the finance and not the appalling work carried out leaving electrics exposed, cutting electrics to outside lights. The finance was not explained in any way at all. I was signing for 0.% finance how can it then turn to 9.5%? Avoid these dishonest worcester bosch installers at all costs.

Had boiler fitted last year, excellent service , lovely guy, left site spotless. Nothing to much trouble at call centre, someone came out within 10 mins when i could not work my timer, always very polite and helpful.
Really good price for boiler, cheapest i found.
