Great sales team in Waterlooville store, really listened and understood that i knew what i wanted. No sales pitches.
Only small issues:
* A little slow on order due to a discount i had been given online, however the store honoured it which took a day.
* Unfortunately the 2 items cam e on 2 different days due to different sources and the table was delayed due to courier issues on the day and a different company delivered the itmes who were not experienced with moving furniture..
* i also had to call a DFS technician as the delivery lads had missed 2 or 3 plugs which were tucked up inside the frame -
However, all staff i have dealt with at every stage were friendly and professional throughout. The technician did a very thorough job of checking all issues i had, and arrangng the visit was quick, easy and they turned up on time etc. Without the little issues it would be 5*.

The person who was helping me was very informative and made sure to answer all my questions. He was very thorough and explained all the paperwork in detail.

I had a brilliant experience at dfs thanks to the member of staff who really stood out. He was laid‑back, friendly, and made the whole visit feel easy from start to finish. There was no pressure at all, he let me browse in my own time but was right there when I needed advice or had questions.
He knew the add on products well and explained things clearly without trying to push me towards anything. His calm approach made the whole process feel comfortable and enjoyable, and it genuinely felt like he wanted me to find the right colour and style sofa rather than just make a sale.

It was an off the cuff walk around DFS just browsing and not feeling pressured by anyone to purchase anything, however when we did eventually decide we wanted to make a purchase, staff were really helpful and talked us through all of our options. Thank you Rhys for your help.

Allowed to browse before being asked if I wanted help. Advice was given about various suites without feeling pressurised. The sales assistant Troy was knowledgeable and very helpful about the items I required. He made sure I understood exactly what I was paying for and what I was getting. A very successful experience.
