Our experience at DFS Swindon was very good when you walk into the store you dont have someone come straight up to you and start asking questions, i like to look around then find help when needed, Jason was our customer service man today and a very nice man friendly, polite, explained everything step by step, answered any questions with great knowledge, would recommend DFS to friends and family.

Couldn’t have asked for a more helpful or patient staff member this morning. Understood exactly what I needed and was able to show me other sofas I hadn’t even considered when looking online.
