I recently ordered a sofa from DFS. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the ordering process was quick and easy. Although I’m still waiting for delivery, I’m very happy with the service so far.

I recently visited DFS in person and had a really positive experience. The showroom was well laid out, making it easy to browse the different sofas and furniture without feeling rushed. We was supported by Adam who was friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer my questions without being pushy. He took the time to explain the different fabric options, delivery times, and warranties, which made choosing much easier. Overall, the customer service was excellent, and the whole experience was relaxed and professional. I would definitely recommend visiting a DFS store if you're looking for quality furniture and helpful service.

I went into the branch with a few options in mind and unsure what I wanted . Amina greeted me and gave me some time before she showed me my options on the tv . We came TO DFS for a recliner chair and were served by a very nice assistant who was both very polite and knowledgeable. He didn't pressurise us in any way and was very friendly. Very happy to have completed a sale and we left with a smile.

My experience with DSF was good , I knew what sofa I wanted so I went in store so I could see how comfortable it was. Adam was one of the staff members that approached us . He was extremely friendly and helpful.
