I am so happy with my new sofa

Welcoming staff. However a serious injury could have happened due to negligence. The staff who witnessed the incident was very professional, apologetic, dedicated to correct this issue straight away as I saw her do. 👏👏. I will be inspecting the store again and further my actions if it’s not all rectified.

Today I visited Ruislip branch in search of a corner sofa. Staff were very attentive. Very easy and welcoming

Bought dfs corner leather sofas costing over £3,500 in 2014 upon arrival and assembled I noticed the difference in quality of leather on the middle sofa it was so obvious compared to the rest of the sofa. I rang them and they came to inspect they said it’s a different part of the cow but quality is still 100%. Few years went on and noticed that part of the sofa starting to show wear and cracking rang dfs and they said they can remove that part of the sofa and replace but it will be difficult to do it just seemed like excuses and they said your wooden floor risks high chance of getting scratched in the process to which we decided just put up with it as we had just put the flooring in. I have had the sofa for over 10 years and the threading has come undone so much so the filling is now exposed and more cracking and wear on the leather basically it looks like a 30 years old sofa! To which family and friends comment how poor of a quality dfs sofas really are. Never again!!
