I went in for a look on Monday
I went in for a look on Monday, seen sofas i like, spoke with Archie who couldn't do enough for me, anything I asked he was right on it ,very polite and helpful young man.
Today I went back to actually buy the seen sofas, asked for Archie but unfortunately he was starting later in the day so i was helped out with Bobby who again was very helpful. So glad I went to DFS. Obviously have to wait on sofas being delivered but up to now, very pleased with care and service from the lovely gentlemen.

Great Experience at the Paisley store…
Great Experience at the Paisley store with Ian! You can easily order online but i highly recommend going in to have a look and a chat with the staff. I changed my mind after looking online to going in and seeing the couch’s in person. The staff are great and so helpful.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Ian was very friendly and approachable. Welcomed us to the store and kept the conversation light and informed. Gave us plenty of time to browse and was on hand for any questions. Took us through the whole process and explained absolutely everything we needed to know.
