Our experience at DFS earlier today was very good. The staff were polite, patient and knowledgable and we did not feel pressurised or hurried at all.
We feel confident the order has been put thorugh correctly and are looking forward to receiving our new furniture, which hopefully will live up to our expectations. We also feel happy we know how to contact the team again if we need any further assistance.

The staff was very welcoming
The staff was very welcoming, the sales man who delt with us was very friendly and helpful and we had a good laugh, it was fun trying the sofas. Was in the store for 2 hours but it was worth it. Can't wait to get our new sofa.

I'm really sorry I can't remember her name the…
I'm really sorry I can't remember the young ladies name that served me today. She was amazing & didn't pressure me into making a decision. Nothing was too much trouble. She even went and got some kitchen roll when my daughters puppy had an accident! She explained what all the gadgets do & what to expect when my new sofas arrive. I explained I was worried about the delivery as to whether it would fit in so she pointed out which were modular ones. I stated I was slightly concerned because my daughter who stays over sometimes bring her cat so she took the time to show me the insurance available which I also purchased. 10/10

Good Experience
Overall it was a good experience. The store is well laid out and it is easy to view the furniture on sale.
The staff at DFS Norwich are very helpful. Bethany, the young lady, who looked after us when we visited was very attentive and informative.
