Sat the manager was very informative, knowledgeable and explained everything to me regarding the 2 seater sofa I bought. He also showed me how to keep it in good condition by demonstrating how to to do it.

Samir was fantastic, he went through everything with us without being to pushy, he explained the different options on the leather sofas we looked at, he was very helpful and friendly with good customer service skills, we was offered drinks as well

Excellent Staff interaction
We entered the store at about 30 minutes to their closing time on a Sunday. I noted the customer experience.
- Muhammed W who approached us to offer his assistance and advice while not imposing but allowed us to look around the store before our decision.
- He showed genuine interest in serving our needs. There was calmness, not hurrying us up to close the store.
- I chose to buy there and then just because I was pleased with him and his services.
- The whole experience was pleasantly conducted including when his manager came to approve the sale.
- Delivery arrangement was quicker than even expected. M actually gave appropriate info about the expected arrival for the sofas in store, which was essentially important for our decision making.
- I hope the sofa will be of high standard as instore.
