Came into the Maidstone store with a few questions before we made up our minds on purchasing a new sofa.
We were met by the lovely Natasha who answered all of our questions perfectly and put our minds at ease for ordering. Which we did there and then. A nice, east and comfortable experience.

We needed to replace uncomfortable and outdated lounge chairs and sofa. The variety of furniture available in the store was fantastic and we were very ably helped by their staff who were excellent. We found chairs and sofa which were just what we wanted and the whole process was great, not rushed but efficient. Good store, very helpful staff

Our experience was great! A member of staff (Damon) was absolutely lovely, help us with all our enquiries, was very patient and easy to talk to. We left happy with our purchase and with great understanding of info on our purchase (delivery and payments etc.)

Assistance was offered on entering the store, but we were also given our own space to browse and discuss between ourselves. On deciding our choice everything was broken down and explained.

09.07.2026 a really hot day and towards the end of closing time at DFS Maidstone, it was great to be welcomed and served by Natasha. Many people will think I have a portfolio of DFS sofas but I was looking for a simply sofabed with more than accidental damage. DFS continue to offer 15 years guarantee in workmanship and whilst that cannot be beaten by other companies online, I'll keep on coming back to DFS,

We recently purchased a sofa from DFS, but it arrived with two springs missing. After multiple engineer visits— with the first one telling us we were wrong—we had to go to the store ourselves to confirm the missing springs. We first received the sofa on January 14th, and we raised our concerns a week or two later. After repeated delays and pressure to accept a repair which we felt would compromise the structural integrity, the replacement didn’t arrive until April 16th. This drawn-out process was stressful, and we worry that if it had happened to a more vulnerable customer, they might have been dismissed outright. Eventually, DFS did provide a replacement, which we appreciate, but we didn’t receive any follow-up afterward, and a courtesy check-in would have made a big difference.
