We went into the Llandudno store knowing what we wanted and Angela was a great help with advising us on our options without being overbearing or pushy very helpful and friendly.

Staff was very helpful and not following us around just said to come and find her when we had any questions, which made it a more relaxed shopping experiance not like in another shop where they were following u around like u were going to nick something

There was no pressure to make a purchase but once we had made a decision Marcus was extremely helpful. We were provided with all the information we need and gained a full understanding of the process up to delivery of our furniture. Aftercare arrangements were also explained in detail. It was appreciated to see that all details of our order were double checked with us by another member of the team for the avoidance of errors.

Warm friendly welcome on entering the store. We then had the opportunity to browse at our leisure and not being chased around the showroom by a hungry salesperson.
When we did approach a salesperson his product knowledge was excellent. No hard sales push either.
I then returned 2 days later and made a purchase.

We had already chosen the sofa we wanted on DFS online but wanted to go and see it in-store at Llandudno before making the final decision to purchase. Our in-store experience was excellent, and that was all thanks to the gentleman called Mike who greeted us and made then entire process very enjoyable. He was attentive, knowledgeable, polite, courteous and entertaining. A thoroughly lovely man and a great asset to DFS. 10 out of 10 all round.
