I really do appreciate good customer service and Paul was extremely welcoming and very pleasant to chat with. He gave me a run-down of all the various purchase options and corresponding price points and finance options. He explained the process very clearly and a rather lovely accent chair was purchased within about 10 minutes. Thank you very much.

Do not hesitate to consider DFS for your furniture
I visited 2 DFS stores over a couple of days(Croydon/Hove) and I have to say both were very much alike in the respect of a great service. The staff were most helpful and informative and could not do enough, went above and beyond without being in your face whilst constantly hassling me like other furniture companies I also visited, this most certainly played a part in selecting DFS to purchase my furniture.

Great Value and service
We were looking for a replacement three seater and two seater settee to replace old ones. Went to Hove and were served by Mark. He was very helpful and gave us good advice and was not pushy. There was an offer on what we wanted. Great product and great vale so we bought it. Great service

Sofa Purchase
We were very impressed with the calm efficiency and knowledge of the staff member Paul who dealt with our order. Also that every order is double checked by another member of staff to avoid error. We were made to feel very comfortable throughout and even offered a drink. Everything was made easy to understand from the Five Year package to delivery and the care kit. This all gave us confidence in our purchase.

Misold footstool didn’t receive what I ordered…
Wrote a lovely review after visiting DFS but my sofa arrived today and the footstool (that I was upsold from plain to storage) is a completely different size. When I was sat in the store with my feet up ordering and deciding what to buy she upsold me the ‘storage’ footstool and told me it was exactly the same but with storage. At no point did she say it was considerably lower than the sofa and much smaller than the one in the showroom . I’ve been told by customer service that I have to wait for the store to contact me to resolve the issue so I’m fuming. Completely misold the product. Absolute fortune and was an integral part of the purchase as I have a small room and the footstool made the sofa practical for the space! Who has a footstool 5cns lower than the seat height????????
