Knowledgeable and friendly.
Jackson was a great help today. The sofa we'd seen online wasn't in store for us to try out but he was able to (within seconds) point us to another that was built in a very similar style so we could at least get an idea. Laid back and not pushy but there with everything we needed when we needed it.

Sean the Sales assistant was very strong on his product knowledge but more than that he listened to what I needed and made sure I was aware of all the different options I could consider to meet my needs.
