Very helpful and friendly staff, left us to look around in our own time and we didn't feel pressured into buying.

Customer service was excellent and there is plenty of choice.

We were welcomed straight away at the entrance by a young man named Warren. He took the time to show us a great selection of products, including styles we had seen and liked elsewhere. We ended up purchasing a mattress from him. It was a really positive experience overall, and I would recommend this DFS store above all others and any other furniture store.

Staff service was phenomenal. The staff (Layla) took me through all process of applying for a credit with so much patience. I understood all that was involved and what i had to do. Buying my piece of furniture was just effortless. I appreciate.

Staff were helpful, not pushy let me wander and compare the various sofas and helped me measure to ensure that everything would fit.
had a few problems when I ordered - was unable to do it on line so had to phone. though the lady I spoke to did speak a little fast and was trying to push various extras which I might add I thought were already included in the quote i got in store.

I was really happy with my experience in store today, I went in with my fiancée to look for a new sofa. We were approached by Rushi (apologies if this is spelt wrong) who was kind and listened to all of our questions. We didn't feel pressured or swayed to any particular product and was given a fair and unbiased service. We felt really comfortable in conversation with Rushi, we weren't rushed and her customer service was excellent. We ended up purchasing a sofa that we are incredibly happy with, given all information on and left without a single question unanswered. We will definitely be returning in the future for more furniture when required.

Online ordering experience was great. Quick and easy and the sales rep was really useful and knew lots of information.

In-store was an okay experience but they weren’t particularly helpful in loading and closed the back doors after we put the sofa into the van but we parked at the front of the store so had to walk all the way round which felt rude.

A stressless purchase. The young lady who served us was very pleasant and helpful. We were given time to browse and select without any pressure. When it came to purchasing the suite we wanted, it was really straightforward. Thank you.

Sales assistant was most accommodating, during the sale negotiations.

On entering the store Mike was the person who came forward to greet us and ask what help we needed.
He pointed out the chair models to suit us, their finishes, availability, cost etc.
Having taken our time to try out seating we explained our position of needing more time to arrive at a decision and left.
Later the same afternoon we returned and spoke to Mike again and when satisfied he talked us through the purchasing process.
Mike took the time to explain exactly what we were choosing, its delivery and aftercare, as well as insurance and payment. At all times he was informative, calm, kind, friendly and helpful.
Mike made the whole experience a very positive one.

I went looking for a sofabed and your salesman helped a great deal. Initially, he showed me what was available in the shop and took the trouble to show me just how the beds opened up. I then went to look at beds in two other shops before returning to buy the first one I had seen. The same salesman then gave me a masterclass in all I needed to know about the delivery, care an available options for the sofabed. I was very impressed.
