We dealt with Ann this evening in the Carrickmines store, extremely helpful and made the experience easier/enjoyable. Very knowledgeable and gave good honest advice, a pleasure to deal with.

I was lucky enough to have been approached by lovely Anne when I first arrived at DFS. She was such a pleasure to deal with, so attentive to our needs and so knowledgeable in the finer details! Her patience and good humour were amazing as it was actually on my fifth visit, after indecision and complete change of mind that we made our purchase! She guided us all the way, never pressurising and made our decision so much easier! There's so much beautiful and varied furniture to choose from that it can quite daunting to be sure you are making the right decision! Looking forward to enjoying our new suite when it arrives! I was looking for a sofa bed and the manager of the shop a very helpful women showed us the Layla sofa the Isabelle took our order and explained shipping dates, fabric care etc, she was very pleasant, friendly and helpful.
Overall the service was very good and attentive and the staff were great.

Lovely experience dealing with James

Going in to DFS today in Carrickmines to purchase our sofa for our first home was such an easy and enjoyable experience with Isabelle. Isabelle made the purchase super easy, explaining in great detail the payment system and care/cleaning of the couches we were purchasing. If we need anything else for our home we will absolutely come back and ask for Isabelle.
