I had a fantastic experience shopping for furniture here! The showroom has a great selection, and what really stood out was the incredible customer service. Isabel was assisting me, and she was absolutely brilliant. She was knowledgeable, patient, and helped me find exactly what I needed without any pressure. Highly recommend this place, especially if you get the chance to work with her!

Went to look for a sofa. Got a lot of choices but we need the one that fits on our living room. Had an eye on one set and we asked assistance to Isabelle. We asked and she answer all of our questions professionally. She explains all the things we need to know about the sofa and the options on payment. A great experience shopping in DFS Carrickmines and we end up buying the sofa we had an eye on.

I have had the most positive experience at the Carrickmines store. Both Sinead and Lana went above and beyond to help me choose some sofas for my new apartment. Today Sinead sat with me and answered all my questions, and help me with my final choice.

I was looking for a corner sofa for my apartment i was met by a lovely lady sinead she was amazing she helped me pick out the right corner sofa for my apartment she listen to my question and helped me in evey way. She is the best person I have dealt with her customer service was out standing to have her work for yous are bless we need more like her in every field. I would give her more than 5 stars. She is the most professional person I have ever met.

The service at DFS was excellent. We were able to move around the store without interruption but Ann, our advisor, was on hand with any information or advice when it was needed. Altogether a professional but friendly experience.

Went to Blanchardstown store and spoke with Casey and subsequently the carrickmines store. excellent sales assistants in both . Ordered our sofa from nessa in carrickmines and she was so helpful and assuring during the process.
