We used dfs as they are so easy to order, they let you know what date to expect your order, we have ordered from them before and our sofa was so comfy and well made very strong and sturdy

Dfs is very good I found a chair just write for me . High back and i can reach the floor. I’m not that tall so my armchair is lovely thank you .

We have bought our armchair from DFS Basingstoke today. We could not have asked for a better service from the staff, especially EMJAY who went the extra mile to ensure we found what we like. It is so much better to have a person to person conversation/attentive service and being able to sit on/try the armchair before purchase.
Really busy and not many staff. MJ turned up and completely changed the mood. Clearly she was very very busy but took her time to help us shop and collect some more bits we probably didnt need. I went for a sofa and came home with the electronic upgrade, 2 rugs, 2 lamps and 2 pieces of artwork! Best customer experience i have ever had.
I visited DFS twice previously before going again this morning. Very friendly, professional and helpful. I liked a sofa bed and just needed to check colour and so went armed with cushions and a piece of spare carpet from home. A great way to make sure. I had plenty of help from MJ. Ben was very helpful in costing everything I wanted. I bought more than the sofa bed! It will give my flat a while new look. Thanks DFS.
Bought the supreme 3 seater electric recliner and chair electric recliner 2 years ago. On removing the chair from the delivery lorry it was dropped on the concrete damaging the leather. They repaired it but can still tell where it was. Complained and they refunded £250 (the sofa had been reduced in yet another sale by £250 in the meantime anyway so wasn’t really putting them out of pocket). The right hand side made awful clunking noises and took over a year and many visits to fix after being repeatedly told it was normal.
Then after 18 months the sofa electrics stopped working. Took ages to come out and assess it as the right hand button panel was broken and the colour on loads of the seams has worn off. It looks awful. Then on the left hand leg rest there is a big patch where the top coat of leather has peeled back. Not damaged, just peeled. The foot rests on all 3 recliners are incredibly uncomfortable as the foam has distorted, worn, dislodged and the wood digs into your legs. During this visit the DFS man said he would order the colour, the foam and the electric switch. It took 6 months… yes 6 months for them to get the switch. So last week the DFS man arrived and repaired the switch, however he refused to repair the leather or the foam as it had gone past the 2 year warranty!! Even though we were waiting for 6 months of that for the repair. Told us to claim on guardsman (the insurance policy we took out with the sofa). However when I submitted the claim they told me it was wear and tear and this wasn’t covered. Absolute joke and they’ve definitely not given me my warranty.
We bought the leather care package as well for £50 with the sofas. It gives you enough wipes for “5 years” however one wipe does about 1m squared before it goes completely dry. So you need to use about 2.5 years worth each time.
Every aspect of this sofa and the customer service is awful. Worst £3000 I’ve ever spent. DFS and Guardsman are useless. AVOID at all costs and buy elsewhere. Read the hundreds of reviews on Facebook DFS posts of similar experiences (if they ever get their sofa that is, which after seeing these makes me grateful we received anything unlike most of those.)

I asked to him proceed with the order.
We cleared all the paper, I left very satisfied
and excited with my purchase.
