Received my order in Bangladesh in just 12 days. The packaging was superb and all the yarns turned out to be amazing.

Very helpful and diligent CS team that helped me get the items missing from my initial order.

I ordered the mystery box and unfortunately just came to use 2 balls and they had glue from the labels on the wool. Contacted deramores via Facebook chat. They replied straight away and dispatched 2 new balls to me immediately. Cannot fault this companies service and the wool is lovely. Thank you deramores will certainly continue my custom. 10 stars 🌟🌟🌟

I ordered a week ago and had confirmation, waited to hear about dispatch for 6 days before contacting. Their website messaging system is easy to use and works well.

The team on the message system on their website first told me it was out of stock, and then told me they had some after all, when I pointed out it was on the website as "available". I told them I would either like a refund or delivery tomorrow.

"Chantelle" confirmed they will get the item out to me as soon as possible but did not state it would be tomorrow.

I've now been waiting a week already, plus whatever delivery time from today, this puts me behind on my knitting so I shall order elsewhere as well (leaving me out of pocket) and leave this review to warn others.

Support a local shop instead or a small online seller - they care about you more.

I have been a regular customer for some time and have never had any problems up till now when I placed an order for the Winwick Mum Robin Christmas Socks kit( yarn and digital pattern). My order arrived as 2 printed patterns but no yarn. I emailed customer service but as I had no response I phoned them and a very helpful lady checked that it was in stock and reordered it for me. A few days later an envelope arrived containing another copy of the pattern. Once again I phoned customer service and was told that it wasn't on the system. Later they got back to me and said they were having trouble getting hold of the yarn so offered me a refund which I accepted. What annoyed me was the fact I had ordered this in response to an email alert to tell me the item was back in stock. This week I had an email from Deramores to rate my purchase! I did leave a review but they have chosen not to publish it, they don't appear to accept negative feedback. Even worse they have put this item back up on their website and you can buy it even though it is still out of stock(in small print it says if you order the yarn and digital pattern you will only receive the pattern as the yarn is out of stock. There is no mention that they would send you the yarn if or when it comes back into stock.
If I were rating customer service I would give them 5 stars for their friendly and supportive help.
However this is an experience I do not wish to repeat.

Had a reply from customer service to say the item is back in stock. I doubt that this is so as there is still a note to say the robin wool is out of stock and you will only receive the free download when you order. I'm not sure that whoever replied actually understood this and the offer of free delivery only applies if you spend £25. I did check their website before writing this so I am just repeating what it says on their website. Not impressed with the reply which is factually and grammatically incorrect.

Great to see live chat now available again. Just had fab, speedy result from Tracy, much appreciated, especially as my emails over the past month had been totally ignored! I’m now once again a very happy customer!! 😀🧶

I have been using Deramores since the beginning of September, as I had started crocheting and knitting again in lockdown. Have made several orders, including one of their mystery bundles, and have been delighted each time. Their own brand wool is lovely to use. Great reward scheme too. Well done Deramores.

I had received a crochet pack of wool and pattern for a baby blanket but had a couple of faults in the wool. Within an hour of contacting them replacement wool was on it's way. Well done Deramores.

The first time i purchased a kit, i got what i paid for. The second time i ordered 13 kits (yarn and pattern), i got a bag full of yarn. With $28 for shipping, I paid $246.95 USD for the kits. I got a box of yarn instead of kits. Just lots of yarn skeins in a black bag inside the shipped box. When I asked for a resolution they said we will send your feedback to the warehouse so next time they would bag each kit separately. What about my order. i asked them to mail the printed patterns and which yarn goes with each so i can sorted out. they refused and sent me a text instead and said you can print them yourself when i said i don't have a printer, they said go to a friend and print them out. NO INTEGRITY. EXTREMELY DISHONEST. DO NOT OWN UP TO THEIR MISTAKE. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. They do not correct their own processing mistakes and the customer suffer. I will never order from them or any British company for that matter. God Bless the USA.

I had a question. Dereamores customer service were wonderful very pleased with the way they dealt with it. I didn’t have to wait very long before they got back to me. All sorted. Very good service I love deremores I have been a customer for many years and this is the first time I needed to get in touch about anything can’t be bad can it. I would never bother to go anywhere else well done to all the team and thank you.

I have been shopping with deramores for a while now, they have a brilliant website great selection and very friendly if you need to phone them,I would highly recommend them,this is the wool shop for me.

I bought a crochet set unfortunately it didn't arrive on the date specified i contacted deramores they were brilliant sorted it out straight away then I realised it was a download pattern which I couldn't do again deramores put me one in the post its the first time I've used this company but won't be my last they care about your custom

As usual, Deramores has exceeded expectations. Although I had a bit of a wait for my order...what I ordered was out of stock at the time.....it arrived safely a month later, along with the promised freebie bundle of yarns worth.....get this....over £50. Needless to say I was delighted beyond belief. One very happy customer!!!! Should be 100 star. xx

I regularly place orders with Deramores as I find them to have an excellent range and very good prices. When I received my latest bag of yarn there was a lot of brown tape on it (I assume from the courier) and a couple of balls missing. My email explaining the situation was replied to promptly and the missing yarn despatched the same day. That is the high quality service which keeps customers coming back.

I ordered a kit to knit a blanket. It was delivered very promptly but when I opened it, Deramores had substituted an alternative colour for one of the yarns which was out of stock. I really wasn’t happy with the replacement colour so called Deramores customer service. I explained to Chantelle that I was happy to send back the substitute and wait for the original colour to be restocked. She suggested that she would find out how long I’d have to wait for the yarn and that to save me waiting, she would call back.
When she did call back, she’d found that the original yarn wasn’t due to arrive for 3-4 months but was happy to search the warehouse for any odd balls of the original or send me (free of charge) an alternative substitute yarn of the correct colour. I was happy with either solution and enquired about returning the substitute yarn. I was told to keep this and use it to make ‘something nice for Christmas’.
Chantelle was also able to update me on the estimated arrival of another yarn for which I’m waiting.
It is so nice, in this current climate, to call a company, speak to a real person who is friendly and helpful and who is able to resolve the issue so expediently.

I've ordered from Deremores many times and am always satisfied with the ease of ordering, prompt & efficient delivery of items and quality of products.
I placed an order recently that left Deremores but unfortunately never arrived. After contacting the courier company, they said to contact Deremores whom have an excellent customer service.
They dealt with my issue promptly, informing me of the progress as it was dealt with and very kindly resent my order without charge, which thankfully arrived today.

I have used Deramores for several years now, as where I live in Mallorca I cannot find the yarns and patterns I like. I have had wonderful service from them, always quick to respond to queries and to solve problems with downloads. My only complaint is the length of time it takes for the yarn to arrive here from the UK, but I guess that is due to the international courier service that is used. And of course, this year, with the Pandemic, things seem to be even slower. However, I will continue to use this company, as they are so user friendly, the website is easy to use, and the yarn is good quality, and not overly expensive! I also like to browse the website for inspiration for future projects! I can recommend this company wholeheartedly!

Excellent and very fast service!

In recent months Deramores have been the most reliable service out there. They dispatch items quicky and use reliable postal services. Customer services are excellent. When ordering online what I really want is a prompt receipt of a correct order. Deramores are achieving that every time despite the challenges of COVID-19. Highly recommend.

I would like to say how amazed I am about how Demores has dealt with a complaint that I raised with them. I have worked in customer service myself for many years and have never seen a company go above and beyond like Demores has. I would like to thank you for resolving the issue and making me your happiest customer. To everyone that is a knitting or crochet lover I would highly recommend buying your products from Demores. Deramores used to be such a lovely company. Now it's all about money. I bought a kit from them and half way through I ran out of wool! Yet I got a curt email to state it was over 30 days since I ordered it and not there problem! I have been a customer with them for years and customer service is now non existent! Won't order again.
