I ordered some wool yesterday afternoon. It arrived today. I am really pleased with the service. The web site is easy to navigate. The whole experience with this company was excellent from start to finish

I ordered two amounts of Merino DK, the Deramores Merino was beautiful, very soft and lovely to work with, I highly recommend it. The King Cole Merino was good and also great to work with, but the quality was not as good, several knots and unspun bits in all three balls.
The service received from Deramore was good, even though my order took a little longer to arrive I had good customer service. Definitely use Deramore again.

If I could give a lower rating I would. Customer service is atrocious, mum emailed weeks ago about the nhs discount and never got a response. I received yarn that was faulty, emailed and they never responded so I messaged on Facebook where they told me I could return it but they weren't sending returns labels so I would have to cover the postage cost due to me not owning a printer.
Also if you put a comment on facebook they don't like they remove it so it looks like they are great.
Will never get from them again!

I have been looking at different crochet blankets and stumbled upon demores kits I chose the arcadia pattern and kit and I wasn't disappointed.

You can't go wrong buying from Deramores, great customer service and fabulous wools/yarns and patterns.

I ordered wool from Deramores 8 days ago. I had an email from Deramores informing me that my order had been despatched and received a tracking number. Forty eight hours later Hermes are still saying that they are expecting the parcel. I rang Deramores Customer Service to discuss and was told the problem was with Hermes and to keep checking on Hermes website. There was no offer from Deramores to follow this up. You cannot contact Hermes directly. It is Deramores’ responsibility to deal with this as my order was placed with them. Extremely disappointed and unhappy with their service.

What a nightmare trying to return something to this company. The customer service people are totally unhelpful.
Avoid and buy your yarn elsewhere.

I ordered 4 balls of yarn When I started using the 3rd ball I realised the yarn was different, I found that this ball was a different dye number than the other 3. When I complained they said they could not do anything other than offer me 10% off my next order. Unlike the company I have now ordered my yarn from, Deramores do not check the dye numbers when fulfilling orders.

Super quality yarn delighted with the colours as I wanted delicate ones to knit baby hats for s.a.n.d.s charity. I knit them and send them to NZ o my daughter who runs a local branch of said charity. Easy to order and delighted at them being delivered the following day. Thank you

Have received pretty bad service from this co, I requested a change to my order the very Nxt day, got a reply to say it was being reviewed. However a week later got a e mail to say my yarn was on its way, the original order. I managed to get through on the phone, and was told oh no you can’t change an order once it’s been placed! I had offered to pay any admin costs, but nobody ever said it’s not possible to Change an order. So now stuck with some yarn I didn’t think was any good. Such a shame that customer relations are not thought of as important. Would never use this co again. Wish I had read the reviews before I wasted my money.

I have required help from Deramores customer service team twice, and both times the service was awesome. I live in Canada and placed an order in mid-December. Our postal service refused international shipments until warehouse space became available. Deramores notified me immediately and agreed to hold my order until Canada post was accepting overseas parcels again.

On another occasion, my order was incomplete. Upon notifying Deramores customer service, the remainder of the order was mailed out that day.

I highly recommend Deramores as a trusted on-line yarn shop.

My daughter purchased a gift card for me for Christmas but she was having trouble with the redemption code being sent to her email server. We worked with Jade back and forth for a few emails and eventually were able to get the issue resolved. We’re thankful for the customer service that was willing to work with us until the issue was resolved.

Deramores has brilliant customer service. After a courier issue (not Deramores fault at all) I spoke to Zoe, who has been so friendly and helpful throughout. The selection of yarns is also fab and the own brand ones are lovely quality. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

I had a delivery just before Christmas (which was incredibly quick) and one ball of wool was missing, one email and it was immediately sent. It’s how things are dealt with when things occasionally go wrong that matters.

I have absolutely no complaints with the speed of delivery of my order, however by the time it had been through Hermes hands, the package looked like it had been ripped apart and put back together again by a 3 year old with a roll of sticky tape. The wool was falling out of the package, covered in bits of detritus and a real mess. One phone call to Customer Services and an email with photos later and I received a call from Zoe advising that the package will be resent and that she would be sharing my feedback with her manager. I can't fault the customer service received and it's the reason I use Deramores. There was no quibbling, just straightforward good old customer service! Thank you Zoe!

Excellent product, good sales, quick and efficient customer service.

I was notified that the order was despatched and given a link for tracking.
It worked at first but the last update was 5 december. After that nothing. My order arrived 28 december quite unexpectedly but a pleasant surprise. It had take a month to get to me.
The quality of the good is excellent.
This is the first time I experienced a problem and it arose this side of the Channel.

I had to contact Deramores recently regarding a missing item from an order. Despite it being only 4 days until Christmas I received a reply on the same day and have already had notification that the missing items are on the way. I order regularly from Deramores and have only ever had quick, efficient service.

Missing free pack of wool, messaged them on Facebook received a response within the hour, missing items are already dispatched. Cannot fault the response times and the helpfulness of their staff, specially during these times as well as dealing with Christmas orders. A big Thank you

Been checking out the advent offers and spotted the £15 free wool with my order. Speedy delivery excellent but my freebie wasn't with it. I'm not great at technical things and wasn't sure if so near to Christmas and with all the restrictions we all have now would my enquiry be successful. I found the live chat and like magic the problem was dealt with straight away. I was delighted when my missing yarn of extremely excellent quality arrived 2 days later. What more could I ask for. I love their web site and offers. 2021 I'm going to try and be more daring and make something outrageous in preparation for celebrations and make up for the ones we have missed.
