I recently purchased the Lisbon tile blanket kit from this site. I realised I didn’t have enough yarn to finish it after nearly a year of making it. I telephoned Deramores and an extremely helpful assistant called Lewis arranged for an extra ball of the colour I needed to be sent to me. I have now been able to finish the project. Thank you. I can definitely recommend this site for its reliability and quality of products.

I placed an order on 29th November and finally received it on 18th March. Taking coronavirus and brexit into account I did not contact deramores until 25th January about the order and received an automated reply. I emailed again on 9th February and requested a response by 12th February or I would cancel through my credit card. I received an email on 12th February saying 1 item was out of stock and I could wait until it came into stock or they could refund that item. I responded immediately asking did they know when it was expected back in stock and said I would wait if it would be in before the end of February. I then received an email to say "good news" it was back in stock and I would receive an email when the order was dispatched. I emailed again on 19th February to enquire when it was being dispatched as I had not heard anything further.  No reply.  I emailed on 22nd February stating that if i did not receive the order in full by 26th February I was cancelling the order and requesting a refund. On 23rd February I received an email from CS team explaining that the order had not dispatched as part of it was out of stock, giving me 3 options and asking me to ring them. I rang and spoke to a customer service advisor who was very helpful and told me that all items were in stock and there was no reason why my order should not dispatch, that he would take ownership of the case and I should have a dispatch email within 24 hours. On 26th February I had not received any further communication and I emailed him asking for confirmation by close of business that day that the order was cancelled and I was being refunded and if I did not hear from them that I would be instigating a charge back request with PayPal on Monday 28th. This email was sent at 14:18 and at 14:30 I received a dispatch email for my order. The order arrived on 18th March just short of 4 months after being ordered and charged. The items were all there, and of good quality. However based on my experience over the past few weeks I will not be ordering anything from this company again.

Excellent choice of knitting patterns to purchase and download within minutes. Excellent choice of yarns available and a very excellent delivery service. Deramores have kept me well supplied through out lockdown and kept me very busy keep up the excellent work!!

Hi, this is the first time I have shopped with Deramores and when I received my order there was a problem. When I emailed about the problem it was dealt with immediately and with good humour and kindness. The staff I dealt with where all very polite and did there upmost to resolve my problem with the minimum of fuss.

BAD SERVICE

Good yarn but extremely bad service! In the last two months, I've had 3 orders that I placed arrive wrong/damaged and one order (a replacement for damaged items) turn up wrong.

Their customer service is awful, they take anywhere from two weeks to one month (literally had to wait a month for them to get back to me about the damaged order).

They weren't effective in solving the issue, took them three days to even get close, they couldn't view my order correctly (even though i could) and then it turns up completely wrong, although the paper work inside showed the correct items were supposed to be sent out, they got it wrong. So, so much for helping solve the problem.

Avoid unless you want to put up with extremely bad service. Also DO NOT call them, it is a charged number (which they don't inform you of, anywhere e.g. website or on the phone, so i got a surprise £50 charge on my phone bill). Also they say they have a live chat, it is a lie, there is no option for a live chat on their website.

I have had several questions about the one kit you have. (Mum afghan) I spoke with Zoe Pearson several times with questions I had. She was very prompt with her answers and was a great help to me. She is a true asset to your company and I hope she is appreciated. Due to her courteous assistance I will be placing an order. Thank you Zoe.

Just wanted to say a very big thank you for sending my parcel so promptly! I only ordered the wool yesterday and it arrived early this morning! Niw that’s what I call first class service!!!

Nightmare to try and set up account. Keeps bring me back to enter my email address and password, after tenth time I gave up and move on to another wool site. Say activate your a acc
ount but I can't as it is telling me my email is incorrect which it isn't.

I was so impressed with Deramores. I had under-estimated by 1ball and asked if it could be added to my current order. It was too late for that but I was very kindly given a code for free postage.
I'm always happy to order from them as their prices, quality and speedy delivery are all excellent. 😊

Deramores is definitely legitimate. I have placed many orders and the goods are as described and shipped and received very promptly, from England to Australia, even during the Covid crisis. Highly recommend them. Many choices available including free patterns, and their customer service has been very helpful with queries. I have only had a positive experience with this company.

I had requested a Christmas blanket pack, not currently available. However, Deramores replied to me immediately and keep me regularly updated. Excellent service.

I ordered and down loaded the two bee cushion crochet kits.
Both came out excellent. Good quality wool and easy to follow pattern.
Will definitely order from Deramores again.

I ordered about 30 balls of wool, my package came after about a week of ordering. Great quality wool, I didn’t have any problems with the company. I would definitely buy from them again. The basics are quite chunky which is good for the projects i want to try out, next time I’ll definitely buy stuffing from there too
