My only issue was the lack of communication when an order is not straightforward, as I had to chase them about an item that was holding my order up. But they are prompt in sorting any issues that are in their power to do so.

I was after Mares x vision ultra liquid skin mask and deep blue dives kit price meant i got the snorkle for £5. I did contact them to confirm items were in stock. Fast delivery, well packed free neoprene strap cover. Highly recommended

Sell things they don't have!
I honestly can't understand why their rating isn't lower. Consistently sell items that they do not have in stock, in one case I waited months. Told me in November 21 that an item was held up at French customs, when the item finally arrived it had a February 22 manufacturing date on it, so unfortunately I can't trust a word they say. Avoid.

I was given the wrong size to order for someone else I emailed and a lovely man called Paul sorted it out straight away and sent the right size for me fabulous customer service as a water sport family I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again.

No answer on telephone or email
Placed an order over a week ago and still awaiting delivery despite the item showing as in stock on their website.
I've tried for 2 days to contact them by phone and get an automated assistant, transfer to operator but no one answers.
Tried to email them at the Info@email address and again no response.
I will be contacting the credit card company to get a refund

Purchased from Deep blue dive with no problems, good prices.
However they could improve communication. I received no order confirmation, or delivery details via email. Checked spam but nothing sent.
