Place an order on line 2 weeks ago. Recieved an email saying that my credit card was declined and I would have to call them. The first time I called I was on hold for 20 minutes and then was hung up on. The second time I called I was on hold for 40 minutes and finally gave up. The third time I called I was on hold for 15 minutes and then a woman answered and put me on hold. I called back and again she picked up but then hung up on me. I called back again and she picked up and then transfered me to a voicemail that was not accepting voicemails.
I called back one more time and got a gentelman who said there was nothing wrong with my card and the order was processed.

Really not sure what kind of a company this is.. Will be interesting to see if I actually recieve my order.

Prices are fair. Service is terrible. A week ago today I ordered a faucet overnight. It's still not here. When I call it's like talking to preschool kids. They confirm the order and it has been shipped, but can't track it. The website is slow and the login button is present even when I'm logged in.

Ordered 2 shower handles online. Expecting smooth delivery. Never got shipping confirmation. Then received email to call for order processing. Called and I was put on hold for 45 min. I hung up. Still no shipping confirmation. Called and left a message twice to have them call me back. They never called back. Still in limbo after 2 plus weeks.

I requested and was charged for 2-day delivery. However, on the 4th day I still have not received the item. I was told by phone that I would receive a refund for the shipping charge, but it hasn't arrived yet.

Worst experience with customer service. You will.be on hold for 20 minutes and then received the worst service. Once you ask if something.is wrong, they hang up on you.

The ordering process at DecorIsland was fine. Although i wouldn't know if the correct item was actually shipped because i still have not received it. it has been over two weeks and its still not here. I have to pay an additional change to my contractor to come back and install the item i ordered from DecorIsland because the item was late. I had spent countless hours calling and getting updates that were consistently inaccurate. It was unacceptable.

Super fast shipping. Product just as pictured and described.

The price was compatible to other sites but availability was as promised.
The delivery while expensive was prompt and flowless.

I had a hard-to-find toilet shipped to my home in Las Vegas and there was some trouble getting the shipping company to arrange a convenient delivery date. A supervisor, Andy, was very helpful in getting the problem worked out with the shipping company.

Started out great but lack of communication, not calling with updates, not calling or emailing as promised led to completely unsatisfactory experience.

I ordered a Pulse Shower System and it was confirmed, unknown at the time the system was on backorder. Eli contacted me to let me know about the delay and ask if I would like to wait for it, order something different, or cancel and get a refund. I have chosen to wait for the piece to come in as it matches what we already have.

this is something beyond their control and they handled it as true professionals.

My experience with my order for a toilet/ bidet/ faucets/toilet seat was not very professional or business-like. Communication was very POOR!!!
I made an online purchase on a Friday, and confirmed by phone on the following Monday. I received an email on the following Thursday that there was a problem. I called and spoke to Mark and clarified the issue. A week later nothing happened. I then received another email stating items shipped. I was not told that I had to call shipping company for delivery date. I was waiting for the delivery. After several phone calls I was rudely told that I have to arrange delivery. I guess I was supposed to know that on my own.
The prices for the items I ordered were terrific and I would like to refer others to your company ( I have already referred on contractor) but I have reservations about the service, not prices. Customers should be given accurate information. I have had to pay my contractor and extra day to put my itens in my bathroom, as it was not here to work with. Please speak to your workers.

After 2 weeks, we are still waiting on our ORDER. We did not recieved any correspondence with updates and when we wrote via email we received a message that the merchant ia not accepting emails at the moment. We called several times was told thw rep would email is info but nothing arrived. Finally this evening we did receive a tracking number. Now the wait......

Purchased a hand-held sprayer for a sink on boat. I was told when purchased that I would have it in my possession within 5-7 days. Well, on the 7th day I called to check on the status and learned the item had not even been shipped. It was somewhat of a time critical delivery because the item goes on a boat and wanted to get the item prior to leaving port. It was a very frustrating situation.

I had a problem on the website and after finding a person to help all went smoothly. Another website tried to tack on a large service charge at the end, but this one was honest. I would use DecoIsland again.

Excellent phone support up front but difficult getting responses thereafter.

Links in emails from decorisland do not allow me to go to website and track my order (prior to shipment).

Good prices but overall this is becoming a stressful experience.

Buying a Travertine sink online without seein it I was really nervous, especially as colors can vary, but luckily the color is perfect, the sink came very well packaged. We are not redoing our bathroom until August but they had a great deal on this sink and an online coupon discount and free shipping helped me decide to order it early. Very pleased with this site and would not hesitate to order again, when needed.

Excellent customer service. I feel very confident with purchasing from them. Unit arrived ahead of time and packaged with care. 5 Stars!
