Was linked to this site from Amazon. Verified the product details on both sites and placed the order ($370) and received order confirmation, email etc.
They emailed me to call them to confirm the order which I did a couple of days later they confirmed the details and said it would be shipping immediately.
Several days later I received another call (no message left) but I recognized the number and called them back. I was told the order would not be shipped because they didn't want to sell it without other items (and increased cost). I explained that's not how it was advertised and they had previously confirmed the order. The person I spoke with said he realized that it had been advertised as I had ordered but it was their discretion as to whether they fulfilled the order or not and that the person I last spoke with didn't know what they were talking about when they confirmed the order with me.
What a waste of time and a clear demonstration of a poorly run business with bad client service.
Will not shop with these people in the future.

I was looking for a piece no one else was able to supply. I had called 1st then ordered via internet. They were extremely helpful and had what we were looking for. I will use them again on future orders

The Franke Sink Colander survived without dents...surprisingly... Because the box was crunched and damaged. The tape barely held it together. It looked like a disaster. Franke is a well made sink, thank goodness!

We ordered our merchandise a week ago. Received a confirmation and the payment has been taken from my bank account. However, I have not received any notice of shipment as of yet. I am starting to get concerned.

Ordered a toilet a few weeks ahead of when I planned to have a contractor install it. A week after my order, I called to check the status since I hadn't gotten a shipping confirmation yet. Was told there was a delay because it wasn't in stock and the sales person handling my order went on vacation, so nothing was done with it.
Talked to new sales person who changed my order to a model that was in stock.
Another week went by and still no shipping confirmation. Called to check and found out again, it was not in stock as I was told, but had been ordered and was just now ready to ship. My credit card had been charged at time of 2nd order. And I noticed it was for about $75 more than I thought. The sales person never told me the model he switched to was a different price.
Now it will arrive too late for the help I had scheduled. With the hassle, very long wait time, miscommunication, extra cost, and the $99 shipping fee, definitely not worth it. Trying to cancel order and will just find a local dealer.

Received immediate email confirmation of phone order then nothing. Was assured the sink would arrive in 7-10 days but there was no way to track order and it did not ship. Blamed this all on the manufacturer but I doubt it.Customer service on ordering was excellent, help desk was unhelpful.

I purchased a 61" Ronbow cherry wood counter top. I then received a notice that the company no longer makes the product and that I would not be charged. It's fine that I did not get charged, but why do you still have the product advertised for purchase? I will give three stars because I did not feel that the customer service itself was bad, but I am very disappointed with the website and false advertising.

Very satisfied. I got more service and knowledge here that I did at the local shop.

The two pendant lights arrived with the cartons brutally abused. The styrofoam blocks were broken into several pieces. Amazingly the lights were fine, but the bulbs, which were wrapped in bubble wrap inside the pendants, were both broken. They were loose enough to bounce around.
Love the lights and they are very heavy glass with very artistic designs.

Item arrived in time with no issue.

The DecorIsland website was easy to use for my order. The site looks very interesting and I think I will visit again.

Everything was shipped ahead of promised take.

I ordered a faucet on August 7. On Auguset 18 I finally got them to ship it! I should have it in 5 more days. Its a good thing it was not important, right!

I had to get a replacement tank for my flushmate. The piece had be discontinued, but decor island instilled in me that the replacement piece they had would fit perfectly. It was shipped out the next day and received it a day later. Worked perfectly. Very happy with the product.

They charged me weeks before they sent my faucet. Did not bother to contact me to let me know the package would be delayed and the packaging was totally unacceptable.

Though I was able to make it work, I did not receive the model I ordered. I would have appreciated knowing the model I wanted was not available so I could have made the decision on the purchase instead of them just sending me the substitute.

The gentleman went beyond the call of duty to locate my item. Greatly appreciated. The item arrived right on time and it was exactly what I was looking for. I recommend highly for others to purchase from your company. Thank you.

I ordered a Delta faucet which came in quickly and is beautiful!

I'm very happy with the service from Decor Island. I ordered a sink but forget to include an important part of the drain. They called me on the phone and asked me if I wanted to buy the drain part. They added it to the same order, so that it was all taken care of at the same time!
