🚨 Please Help – Seeking Justice and Information 🚨

I’m reaching out because I’ve been fighting for justice for almost eight months, and I’m devastated.

I bought a car from a salesman, SHAHZAD MANSHA, who later admitted the car was faulty. He signed a written statement of intent to collect the car and return my money — I even recorded it. But instead of doing the right thing, he blocked me, closed his business in 1 Bradfield Road Ruislip, and disappeared. Now he's somewhere in HAYES.
He is registered as SS MOTORS, BILLA MOTORS and SI USED CARS TRADER LTD

I’ve followed every legal step and I haven’t received my money back.

I’m sharing this because I don’t want anyone else to go through the same nightmare.
If anyone has any information about this man or his current whereabouts, please report him to help stop him from scamming anyone else.

I brought my car in 2023 from deals on wheels and I’m still having on going battles with them in 2025 they told me a rubbish car with so many problems to it! It’s so distressing for me as a single parent! They knew my situation. Ali just wanted my money. They cannot provide me any documents regarding my car because they have changed company, surely you should still have documents in your archives. It’s very hard to believe! I would never come back here again! Very misleading. After 3months of having the car my engine light came on, after paying money they said they have fixed the problem instead they hid it because I went to another garage and the fault light came up on there device, just not on my car dashboard. Dodgy people

THE COMPANY WAS PREVIOUSLY CALLED dealsonwheels. CHECK THEIR TRUSTPILOT. AGGRESSIVE AND MISLEADING SALES PEOPLE.

THEIR POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FROM FRIENDS & FAMILY. INCOMPETENT COMPANY BENT ON SCAMMING PEOPLE BY HIDING MILAGE DISCREPANCIES, LYING ABOUT PRICES & INTEREST RATES, LYING ABOUT HAVING SENT OFF A V62 THAT WAS "LOST" BY THE ROYAL MAIL, SELLS CARS WITH 0 MILES IN THE TANK STRAIGHT OFF THE BAT, REFUSES TO PROVIDE A SPARE KEY, LIE AFTER LIE AFTER LIE TO SAVE AS MUCH MONEY AS POSSIBLE.

The Worst Car Dealership in the UK - Rogue Trader. I was naive to believe the lies from the sales persons from Deals On Wheels (LDN) at High Street, Harlesden NW10, now trading under different name Car 4 U (LDN) Ltd. They use all kinds of tactics to trick me to buying a very expensive car from them that was involved in a previous accident saying that they only sell quality cars at competitive price, RCA approved etc. They also sold me a warranty policy saying that the car is outside the manufacturer warranty period. After I bought the car, I found out that it is still under manufacturer warranty so I was missold extra warranty unnecessarily. I also found out the body damage and other problems inherent in the car but the dealership refuse to take any responsbiltiy for their misrepresentation. I now regret and cannot forgive myself for trusting these rogue traders and my hard-earned savings are gone as I am now stuck with problem car and going through so much pain and stress. Please be aware if you are buying a car from the rogue dealership.

This company sells broken cars with dents. They will sell you cars that have hidden damages. Please don’t waste your money. They have changed their name so many times, as they are known scammers. Ali, Zack, Ahmed all of them will sweet talk you to buy, but once you sign the agreement and take the car god help you. I personally know over 3 people who are affected by their scam.

Scammers. Be careful before you deal with this company. Do not pay a deposit for any of the cars as they will look for ways to scam you out of it. I was asked to pay £300 to view and book a car. As I liked the car and did not live locally I did put a deposit and went to view the car. However on inspection of the car and having spoken to Ahmed, one of their car reps about financing they simply increased the price of the car. Also they showed me a old MOT which had no advisories. I showed them a more recent one and he simply stated there were too many cars for him to be aware the recent MOT. Also they wanted me to pay for the advisories and the scrathes on the car. When I refused to buy the car they simply refused to refund me my deposit. Will never step foot there or recommend them to anyone. Beware!

Following on from my previous review.
The car we purchased from this dealer was a very doggy car, it actually stopped running today. We have only had the car three weeks!
This car is defective and dangerous to drive. We paid £14000,400 for a car that has broken down after three weeks!!!!!!!!!!!

I would be really careful with this company. My cousin is currently going through an issue where he hasn’t been able to obtain his agreement and the figures that Ali has put is incorrect. The case has just begun and Ali is not replying. Will give further updates and I wished he checked the reviews before purchasing his vehicle

I purchased a car from this company the beginning of last month lovely car I got to dealership late so didn’t really have time to check over the vehicle. So basically I called them next day to let them know that the tints on the back window were awful and Zack the sales guy to me it was supposed to a pattern just coz I’m a woman doesn’t mean I was born yesterday also the vinyl inside car is torn there were dents and knocks Which I did say thing but have taken photos of which. He said he was going to at least get vinyl inside the car replace he told me he ordered it and it will be there 6th September. Today is the 11th and I have called them I was told they Zack was busy and to call back in 10 mins. I called back half hour later and they have blocked my number. What a crook. I don’t recommend your buy from these people a bunch of crooks don’t waste your money a faulty vehicle from this company I have photo evidence of the issues with this vehicle with evidence of the date and time I bought this vehicle. DO NOT BUY DEFINITIVELY DO NOT RECOMMEND

Great customer service from Ali who recommend extra products with the vehicle purchase.

Mr Ali was very helpful with my purchase of a Range Rover evoque. He offered me several incentives such as warranty , breakdown cover and even 1/2 price on following two services.

I bought a £19k+ car from Ali in March 2022 and a safety issue arose in December 2022 when the airbag warning light on the dashboard came on despite all the passenger seats were empty.

According to an authorised Toyota dealer who investigated the issue, they found that the wire loom under the front seats has been tampered with using non Toyota or genuine parts.

Under the Consumers Act 2015, I pointed out my rights to Ali who was arrogant and claimed I have no more refund rights after 14 days from the date of purchase.

He would challenge me in court if needed to. The Act has clear provisions on the rights of consumers for cases which are more than 6 months old but this dealer was adamant about his little 14 days rights allowed to buyers.

However, he offered a part exchange arrangement and even that, he said he was doing me a favour!

Not only was my life put at risk for driving the car with airbag safety issue, it also means he would have made money out of me twice, one for the defective car and then for the part exchange.

So whoever wants to deal with him, you have been warned.

I happen to be the latest victim of this scam company. They made me commit to paying a non-refundable reservation fee before they gave the details of their PCP finance. They came back with a ridiculously high APR which was initially stated as half of the rate. And even though I paid a reservation fee, they never took the car off their website or Autotrader for a second.
I discussed with a car finance company who ran a background check on them and said they were not to be trusted.

I went to view a Toyota Auris Hybrid 2012 today, the car was clearly damaged, someone done a bodged up job on it and it looked disgusting.
I initially rang and spoke to Ali and I clearly asked if anything is wrong with the car, he said no but then changed his words and turned it on me saying ‘you should have ask me for a video’ and ‘did you ask me about the body work’ and ‘I sell more expensive cars then this and people come from all over to buy from me’
I was shocked at his unprofessional manner, how the guy runs his business this way was shocking.
I came from Birmingham and was very disappointed at how he was trying to cover up with his justification’s.
Please take my advice stay away from this dealership, pay the extra and go elsewhere.
Ali didn’t even offer to pay for our petrol money back for wasting our time even though he admitted that the car was damaged…its not about the money it’s about the principal that these people don’t have.
Ali your a very shrewd businessman and I hope you change your ways otherwise your business will head towards destruction.

STAY AWAY. ALI who owns the business, will always want to take from you a deposit which deposit will be more than £300, because £300 is the minimum amount according to the papers that you will then sign for your deposit. The other two guys that wor for him are very nice, but I was unfortunate to come across with Ali who only sees you as a bag of money 💰 but not as a customer. I paid him £1000 deposit, because he put this amount before I paid on the card payment machine, then when I signed the deposit paper, I saw that I could have paid only £300.
First he wanted £3000, but luckily my bank didn't allow this transaction.
He is not a good seller, he wants to persuade you to buy. I trusted him, because I was told there is a nice guy there, but that wasn't him obviously, but I found out that too late.
Since the beginning, I asked Ali for a car on finance of the business - he said Yes, so I paid the deposit and I came back to complete the deal in a few days when he gave me the finance documents and the finance was on my name. Then they changed the finance on the business name, but interest rate went up with over 2%, in total of 9.08%. So I said, I cannot take the car now, because interest rate went up too much. I asked for my deposit back, but he didn't want to give my money back.

** Don't pay anything before you see the actual car you're buying, because Ali wants as much deposit as he can possible fetch beforehand, so that you don't pull out on the deal even if the car is not good enough when you see it.
I wanted Electic car, so he didn't have one in stock. Ali used his experience of over 20 years to take my money instead of making sure he provides what I wanted. He shouldn't have run a credit check on my name in first place and effect my credit score now.
I reported him and his company and will give him to court as wellnif necessary.
I have both quotations that show the difference in the interest rate.

This is my third car from this showroom. I had a great experience, Proffessional staff they went all the way to ensure I got the car I was looking for, thank you all, especially Mr Ali the manager.

Do not trust this company. Always check cars before buying even take mechanic. Never pay cash only pay with credit card. This company is fraud. They a car to me on the the forecourt of their business and said its a private sale. First they denied selling the car. when i sent proof of all adverts and phone call records now they are saying it was a private sale. I have given them bad review and now they have asked me to remove it. Which i will not be. SCAM SCAM SCAM COMPANY. Always do a search on this company before buying. This company is always changing company owners but their address stays the same which a very good indication of tax fraud.

I would stay well away from this company because they are liars. My husband bought a car from this company and within a month it showed a gearbox fault. Now they obviously don't understand our consumer rights as they stated we didn't buy warranty whereas we don't actually need it as the fault happened within 3 months. During the call that my husband made to them to discuss the issue they told us to get insurance and claim on that. Astugfiruallah I absolutely hate liars but when it's Muslims it's 100 times worse. Well anyway we put our complaint in writing as we were advised to by ombudsman. They replied back in writing stating that they have no record of ever selling the car. We will take this further now and take them to court as we have evidence to show the ad was published on eBay and autotrader. We also have a record of calls that were made to this company. My advice for anyone is to stay well away from a company that can lie during ramadan. This time they have messed with the wrong family
