We bought a Neff Double oven from them back in Novr 2015 in anticipation of a complete kitchen refit and when supplied it was put into storage in a spare bedroom. Only when it was unwrapped to be installed did we find that the bottom oven door had a dent in it presumably caused during transit. This did not prove to be a great problem as their Joanne was so helpful and arranged for an Engineer from Neff/Bosch to visit us to fit a replacement door - this all being done within a week! So efficient and friendly. Great service.

My old vacuum cleaner died on Sunday 20th December & I ordered a new Dyson DC39 the same afternoon. It was available at by far the best price I could find online and with free delivery. I was able to track the progress of my order via ParcelForce and it has been delivered today (24th December). I'm very relieved that it arrived so quickly and before Christmas Day. I'd have no hesitation in using this company again and recommending them to others.

I purchased a Dimplex Stove Fire from Deals 4u. Unfortunately it developed a fault after my initial complaint I was offered without hesitation a replacement or full refund. Refund sent to my bank account within days.

I ordered a Stoves stainless steel splashback for my kitchen on 15th October 2015. After making the purchase I was contacted by Deals 4 U to advise that there was a 2-3 week lead time on this product and did I still want to proceed. I was happy with the lead time and proceeded with the purchase.

Since then I have had absolutely no contact or delivery from Deals 4 U and despite my repeated requests for information and now a refund as of today 7th December I have still heard nothing.

Customer service very very poor and I am now concerned whether they are a genuine company or in fact have unlawfully kept my payment with no intention of delivering the product

I ordered a dishwasher on 4th August as a wedding present and was told it would be delivered by 8th August. When I returned from holiday to find the machine had not been delivered I called D4U. I was never apologised to but offered £20 refund or a set of pans. The pans were delivered but get what....no dishwasher. No emails have been responded to and Laura puts the phone down even though you are still talking to her!
I will NEVER order from this company again.....I just hope my refund doesn't take as long to get

Dealings with the company themselves are fine - but, once it gets to 'delivery' they simply pass it on - and their delivery company is not the best.
originally they were going to deliver without even contacting us - I found this out by phoning Deals4u.
then they couldn't give a time, just a day, so I spoke with Deals again who arranged for a morning delivery - but it was eventually delivered at 3.0 pm by a grumpy driver.
It is really not hard to go the extra mile is it?

Ordered £1500 worth of goods only to find out after a week of non-delivery that the items were actually not in stock. No reps contacted me or anything - I basically had to chase them. Then, after some toing and froing I was told that the delivery will take 4 weeks (they did offer a refund in case I want to cancel). The goods were finally delivered 6 weeks after placing the initial order with deals4u. Although they sell competitively priced items, be ready to deal with deliveries which take a really long time.

1 star is being complimentary, minus at least 2 stars is closer to the service I haven't received.
When I originally ordered a freezer through this company, I was told (via e-mail) that I would be called on the day my item was received by the delivery co (Tues 4th Aug), to arrange a suitable delivery date/time. In the meantime, I received an e-mail stating my delivery would be between Thu 6th Aug & Mon 10th Aug. Amazed, when at 11.52 this morning (Wed 5th), I received a call stating that my delivery would be on Thursday morning (and probably in the early part of the morning, as we were down as 4th delivery). Of the 5 days of the posted delivery window, this was the only half-day we weren't able to accept delivery,(I'm at work, and my girlfriend was away visiting family). The man on the phone, asked if their was a shed/porch/neighbour they could leave it with - it's a tall freezer!!). As he was unable to give me an idea of an alternative delivery slot, I said I would probably have to cancel my order, he said he would make a note of this. On returning home, I firstly checked my bank-balance on line (the money had not been taken from my account), so I immediately contacted Deals4u to cancel my order. Was somewhat surprised, and not to say greatly concerned, that within 90 minutes of my cancellation txt, I received an alert from my bank to say the money had been taken from my account. My situation now - I have no freezer from Deals4u - due to their limited delivery slots, and insufficient funds in my bank to buy from elsewhere. My advice, buy from this dealer only if you can guarantee to be at home 24 hours a day for the entire time they have suggested they will deliver your item.

I recently purchased a Miele Vacuum on the internet from Deals4u and found the experience to be an easy process with swift delivery. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Ordered Sunday and delivered Thursday so that was quite good, when I received an email to confirm purchase it said I would get an email with tracking code. Never received this so almost on the point of contacting Deals4U when a courier arrived.
Great deals, good delivery times but communication requires improving.

Ordered a Dyson hoover on a Friday and it turned up the following Wednesday. By far the cheapest deal, fast, free delivery and very pleased with our new vacuum cleaner. Would definitely use again. Thank you

Cheapest by far, ordered the oven on Thursday, it arrived the following Wednesday, The driver carried it right into the kitchen,The whole experience with Deals4u has been brilliant! Recommended.
