NOT OEM and NO REFUNDS for DEFECTIVE PARTS THEY SEND YOU.

The company sent me a defective part which was not a GE OEM original as they say on their website. When I told them they sent me a defective part and I was returning it, they wanted me to pay shipping on the replacement part that I already bought local from a reputable dealer so my kids didn't have to go another week without washed clothes. DO NOT BUY HERE!!!

Charged for part they didn’t have and couldn’t get and battling for refund.

Ordered a part on 2/24, was charged, reached out on 3/4 for status and was told on back order (I was not not notified), on 3/13 reached out again to see if I could cancel order and I was told the part was discontinued (again not notified), but they were going to refund and should see in 1-3 business days. After 5 days I reached out again as no refund has been credited, was told it went through on their end and again to wait 1-3 days. Finally had to dispute with credit card company as I am still waiting for a refund on a product they never had in stock in the first place. They have had $152.98 of my money for over a month.

To provide some clarity: once a part is flagged as discontinued by the manufacturer, our system triggers a refund immediately. We can confirm that the $152.98 was released from our account on March 13th. However, because every bank has different processing times—and occasionally merchant processors experience delays—the funds can sometimes take longer to appear on your statement than we would like.

Since you have already initiated a dispute with your credit card company, your bank will now handle the final step of pulling those funds back into your account. We have provided all necessary documentation to the processors to ensure this is cleared as quickly as possible.

We appreciate your patience during this transition and regret that the manufacturer's stock status impacted your experience with us.

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company. They do not answer their phone. I ordered part and the next day canceled the order. They still sent it. I immediately contacted them to let them know. I wanted to return it. They are making me jump through hoops sending pictures making me open the package and take pictures of the part. They’re basically doing everything they can so they will not refund me the money. Honestly, the absolute worst company I have ever done business with.

This place has so many parts for my ice…

This place has so many parts for my ice machine I feel like I could put together a whole new one from the ground up. The selection, the part details, the ordering process and the delivery are seamless. I will never look anywhere else for appliance parts again.

Ordered replacement drawer for GE…

Ordered replacement drawer for GE specifying my model. When it arrived box was open, it was poorly packaged and doesn’t fit. While I ensured I chose drawer to fit my refrigerator it doesn’t fit. The company won’t pay fir shipping returns. I wouldn’t suggest working with this company

They sent a defected part and won't replace it unless I pay for shipping and taxes all over again. Don't buy anything from this company. Their customer service is lousy and won't take responsibility about sending parts that dont' work. Not a legit company.

Misleading Inventory

Ordered a couple items, both showing up as "available" on their page. Waited 6 days for any further communication on the shipping details. None received. When contacted the company, they replied with stating the items are in back order. Requested and received a refund.
