I usually find higher end jewellers quite pretentious but I don’t with David M Robinson. All of the staff come across as very friendly and knowledgeable and Marlie in particular was an absolute delight to deal with. Alisha very kindly had earrings brought into store for us and although we didn’t end up going with those particular ones my Mum was extremely happy with the ones she chose. We have shopped at David M Robinson for 40+ years and it will always be our go to for quality jewellery and excellent customer service.

I had a truly excellent experience with the DMR showroom in Canary Wharf, London. I walked into the showroom with very low expectations, as I honestly didn’t think it would be possible to get the specific Rolex I wanted anytime soon—let alone immediately.

I was warmly greeted by Baron, who was professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive from the start. To my surprise, he had the exact watch I was looking for, which was actually due to go on exhibition soon. Baron went above and beyond to make it happen and managed to secure the watch for me in less than a week.
