Ordered a BMX and turnle neck stem kit 3 months ago; no reply to the last 4 emails. In my book, he is a scammer

I placed an order on August 10, 2026, and so far I have received only the automated order confirmation. The product has not been shipped, no tracking information has been provided, and the company has not responded to my attempts to contact them.

After placing my order, I checked the company’s Trustpilot profile and found many concerning reviews from customers reporting similar experiences, including orders that were never delivered and allegations of fraud. I cannot personally confirm those allegations, but the lack of shipping, communication, and transparency has made me extremely concerned.

At this point, I cannot recommend this company, and I am contacting my card issuer to dispute the charge. I will update this review if the company ships the product or provides a full refund.

I am writing this complaint for David brand new, on initial order he never stated that the item is on months of back order. I have been trying to reach out to him for a refund, but he has yet to even respond. I advise no one to purchase any BMX kits from vendor. There is another option called ponydanger, they also offer BMX stems

Site said items in stock.Payed by credit card an then silence.No confirmation,no update,nothing.As weeks went by with many unanswered emails l contacted visa and completed a fraud complaint.I received today Visa’s confirmation that they conducted an investigation and refunded my complete purchase price. Thank goodness for the power of visa protecting from what it seems like a lousy business.

The cheapest, creakiest, low quality handlebars I could have bought. They move forward and backward on you when riding no matter how much you tighten down the bracket bolts. The creaking is horrible and there is no remedy for it. It sounds like the handlebars are going to snap at any second while riding. I rode with them for 2 days and immediately bought a replacement handlebar/stem set up. Do not waste your time and money. These belong in the garbage. Could not be more disappointed.

I ordered in late November. Was told of shipping by December 9. Now the website has shut down. Tried to support a brother, being one myself. $100 lost. You live and learn. I guess I haven’t being that I’m 65.

Never recieved product. Ripped off.

BE AWARE, BE AWARE, BE AWARE, beside the FACT, this product is a STOLEN DESIGN AND A COPIED PRODUCT, this Guy also made the supersmart decision to add a hole (for starnut) in it. This is not only stupid und unnecessary but DANGEROUS. It is changing the power distribution and therefore it can jeopardise the strength of the PRODUCT. It could result in severe injury.

I can't support stealing someone's design. The dates of his youtube videos prove he simply copied X-Tems folding stem and gave it a new name to pass it off as his own.

Well this guy is scraping the barrel he’s been selling poor quality and dam right dangerous turtleneck stems he has now stooped very low and copied a top quality stem which is made by x-tems hope he gets sued don’t trust this con man
