Ship per customers requirement and have customer service on weekend. Sent email and no response. Poor customer service.

My bare root roses arrive as scheduled and in very good condition. My email correspondence with you, when I have needed to communicate, has been excellent.

I always get excited when I see my DA box on my front door delivered.
They always deliver their roses in excellent condition. Never had any problems. It’s always packaged well, complete with instructions and all.

I was looking for the right cow manure, which I get from Heirloom Roses, but you don’t carry any; lack of support.

Wonderful, as always. Even though shipping took an extra couple of days in limbo, the tree roses were still intact with 0 breakage. Also, lovely how they came with stakes and zip ties.

I think your roses are of excellent quality. The shipping was a little problematic. The box was partially opened and the rose was sticking out of the box. The tape was undone. I planted it and I am in hopes that everything will go fine.

Nothing went wrong!! My finger got out of my control! Everything was excellent as usual. I have lost several bushes over the last two years but never got around to reporting them. Sometimes I just get overwhelmed in my garden. Thank for being so reliable. Lois Evans ya

The 5 bareroot roses I ordered came through nicely in shipping. My only concern is that one of them doesn't look as great as the others -- hopefully it grows.
