Possibly a SCAM ... ordered item and they charged me within minutes. 20 Days later and still no tracking information with multiple calls into customer service. Absolute joke... STAY AWAY!!

I just opened a small retail store and was in need of a few sell-through items. Das Cheap made it easy to buy in quantity at the lowest price.

I placed my order (I spent over $500 with them), and I literally had it in less than a week. I was also contacted by their customers service about the item I was ordering was a close out, and if I was interested if I wanted to order more, that I could get a better price!

They were definitely looking out for me, and honestly I appreciated the communication because I decided to stock up since I wasn't going to see them again.,

Das has a great reputation in my book and if I sell out of these counter items, I will definitely be back for more.

"I agree with most of the sentiments already listed. DasCheap.com who claims to offer a "Does not suck guarantee," does in fact suck, big time. I ordered 2 video games, with free shipping as advertised on the site. The next day I checked the status of my order, this was a Saturday, and there was no shipping information. I thought nothing of it and moved on; perhaps they didn't have a chance to get the item shipped Friday. By the following Tuesday there was still no shipping information. I called, and emailed, and called finally I got to speak with someone. This person "Aaron" told me that he had personally processed my order and didn't know why it had not shipped. He said he would contact the "warehouse" and make sure it shipped. On Thursday, still no shipping information (though Aaron had told me not to expect the site to update this automatically as my items were a split shipment) so I called back in. The item had still not shipped. That afternoon (six days after the order was placed) it finally shipped out and arrived in the timeframe anticipated with "ground" service.

After I received my item I called back to customer service, lucky Aaron got to speak to me again, and complained about the poor service. I requested expedited shipping on the next item to make up for it. After a bit of arguing Aaron finally conceded and agreed to the quicker shipping. The game release date came, a Friday, and went no shipping information. I called on the following Monday, low and behold the item hadn't shipped.
I requested my order be cancelled, at which time I was told that I would be expected to cover the cost of the shipping for the previous item as now my total purchase didn't meet minimum requirements for free shipping. I refused.

Granted, at this point, I have received all monies owed to me, and Aaron deserves a gold star for his "I'm not running the show" attitude in dealing with me. DasCheap.com is awful; the savings on your item should be substantial as you will deal with a huge pile of crap to actually get what you ordered.

At first you have to wonder about the name, but it truly fits them. Das Cheap was the absolute cheapest site on the net for my cases. I searched for quite a while and found them to be the cheapest (Even with the shipping). Their Das Economic shipping says 5-7 days, but I literally received my products in 3 days. Not too shabby, I was surprised as I expected it take over a week..(but then again I did pay like $7.00) to ship this item. They may be cheap but they don't cut the corners in service.
