Very disappointing experience. I paid extra specifically for a guaranteed delivery time slot (10:00–16:00), yet the order was still delivered late. The entire reason for paying the additional fee was to ensure the delivery arrived on time.

Communication about the delay was poor, and the updated delivery estimate only appeared later in the day. If customers are charged extra for timed delivery, the service should actually respect the agreed time window.

Unfortunately, this completely defeated the purpose of the order.

Winkel ziet er mooi uit maar de bloemen zijn van slechte kwaliteit en vallen zo uit. Jammer want ze waren erg duur dus ik had er eigenlijk wel meer van verwacht.

I ordered the Vanda Mix Orchid – Vase included (€90) as a special gift. Unfortunately, what was delivered looked nothing like the photo on the website — much smaller and with fewer flowers.
When I contacted the shop, they only offered me to pick up another orchid myself, which was not a reasonable solution since the order was meant as a gift delivered directly.
For the price and the occasion, this was a big disappointment.
Update: After that, second time, they sent a new bouquet to correct the issue. I haven’t seen the replacement myself, but I appreciate that they chose to make things right in the end.

I recently placed an order on dailyflowers.nl, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The flowers were delivered to the wrong address, and the personal message I included was completely missing.

This was frustrating, as the flowers were meant for a special occasion. Given the price and expectations, I find this unacceptable.

Besteld via Instagram door een DM te sturen. Super snel geregeld vervolgens. Bij Dailyflowers ben je op het juiste adres voor je bloemen, zij zorgen ervoor dat je bloemen juist, tijdig en volledig zijn!

Fantastisch mooie bos bloemen gekregen voor mijn verjaardag! De mooiste bloemen, met zorg samengesteld in de meest prachtige kleuren. Elke keer als ik naar de bos kijk, word ik blij! Bedankt Daily Flowers! :)

iedere 14 dagen op keurig van te voren afgesproken tijdstip komen een vers boeket bloemen , waarbij opvalt dat er heel leuk in de seizoenen wordt gewerkt een echte aanrader , ik kijk er iedere keer naar uit
