Strings and health issues
Hy Guys,
I've been interested in Strings without Nickel die to health issues and asked the Support for an advice, which Strings i could use.
Within no time George replied to my Mail and took a Lot of E-Mails to ensure that I Pick the right Strings. Furthermore he came Up with the Idea to Check my frets, because they could contain Nickel as well. So, he did more than I expected. Really nice.

The headstock tuner I purchased for my…
The headstock tuner I purchased for my banjo wouldn't power on. Checking the battery proved it was low voltage. Replacing the battery didn't change things. Reaching out to Customer Service looking for suggestions of things I might have overlooked, I was informed that although 7 years old and out of warranty they would as a courtesy replace it. Who does that anymore? Needless to say when I need musical accessories, D'Addario is the choice.

Incredible Customer Service
Had an odd and unusual issue with a pair of ProMark sticks. I thought I'd report it as it might help to ID a possible quality control problem. Within 45 minutes, Steve from Customer service reached out and requested some additional info. and offered to send me a replacement pair. Yeah... it's only a pair of drumsticks, but D'Addario listened and took care of me. A pleasant surprise in today's world. That's why I'm a lifelong customer across their drum and guitar product lines. Thank you Steve, and thank you D'Addario!

Talked to Steve in Customer Service and he was great. I have been away from drumming for about 20 years but had played drums for over 25 years in my earlier years. Steve took the time and went over some other ProMark options that might work for me with I really appreciated. Customers service reps like Steve will keep me coming back for more ProMark sticks.

Extremely nice
I had a problem with one of the evans head the black strip on the inside was coming off, I emailed them and Hailey got back to me and was very understanding and she took care of the problem asap I've been buying evans heads love them and this experience made me love them more.

Excellent as standard
Exceptional service from start to resolution from Hailey, everything was done in a timely manner regardless of the time difference (UK to USA) and helpful at all times.
I've been using D'addario strings for the past 20+ years and each time the service has been great and I'm glad to say the streak continues.
It's always nice to know that a company like this doesn't just rely on its brand and appears to invest in its customer service.

Seeking for specialty strings for a specialty guitar
I had a wonderful experience talking to George from consumer support. I wrote in to get help figuring out a set of strings for a short scaled plastic guitar from outdoor ukulele and he went above and beyond helping me figure out what I needed. He took the time to talk to me on the phone to explain his thinking and offered to send me a few different sets of strings to help me figure out the best option. I was not expecting any of this so I was pleasantly surprised I got direct help from George. He was great and I’m sure anyone who writes in have a great experience. I have always been happy with the quality of their products, but the depth of the information on their website and the personal care they extend to their customers puts them over the top. George and Hailey have definitely gone above and beyond.
Good company. And I have no doubt that should they ever fall short, which can happen in business, they will deal with it promptly and well.

The turner I got diplays A on every note on my bass and I been around and around with George till I'm over it, I'm going through Chemo for the next four months and the cancer is easier to deal with than George.
I have a long time memory so will just figured I threw my money away on more China crap and this also reflexes on Amazon as they now have so many vendors you can't get refunds from anymore
