Great service all round. Gracie was fab, she kept me well informed throughout the process and has an excellent demeanour well suited to her customer facing role.

Grace was really helpful, allowed me to drip off my car early before the centre opened, kept me informed of the work during the day.

Booking the car was made easy, a courtesy call the day before and on time despite a late afternoon appointment. When I arrived, Gracie was friendly and helpful. There was a working area where I could open the laptop whilst I waited as well as a comfortable waiting area with a complimentary coffee. When the car was ready, the results were explained to me clearly. Overall extremely satisfied with the service provided by DMG.

I'm in Lincoln temporarily for work reasons. I worried about finding a reliable, honest garage to service, MOT and repair my car. I found all of the above with Dack. The customer care I received is top notch. Particular mention Fiona, initially and also to Gracie, who has looked after me more recently. Keep up the great work and service.

My car was undrivable after suffering an injector leak, plus it needed a major service B9, including transmission oil and filter change, plus brake fluid change and it needed alignment checking and adjusting. I called on Tuesday to book the car in and dropped it off on Wednesday. All of the correct Mercedes parts arrived that day. Despite the large number of parts and depth of work required my car was fixed and serviced exceptionally quickly. The maintenance coordinator keep me informed of progress regularly. The car has been returned in an exceptionally great state and spotless inside and out. It now drives superbly and I've noted that the automatic gear changes are super smooth. The engine is now running exceptionally quietly and is much more responsive. The tracking is now perfect. The service I received from Dacks is the best I've ever had and I've been motoring for 40 years. These guys know what they are doing and the customer care is at the highest possible experience level. I've saved a fortune in comparison to Mercedes and I've been treated better, in a far more organised way. I will always take my car here now. Also I spoke to other customers in the waiting lounge area and they had all had similarly great levels of service. Dacks leave Mercedes main deal service lagging behind. Wake up Mercedes you have competition... which you are losing by a country mile.

Friendly and efficient - I had a brake fluid change, vehicle check and MOT completed on my 1 Series, all work completed within 4 hours including a complimentary wash. BMW Club service pricing is very competitive with quality work carried out.

Honest and transparent in both analysis and potential costs. Staff made you and your vehicle feel like a priority for them. Kept us fully informed throughout the process but were not pushy and allowed us time to make our own decisions. First time customer and have already booked with them for a service and MOT later in the year. Really impressed.

Contacted Dack via their website regarding a service. NO REPLY!!
Followed it up two weeks later with a phone call enquiry. NO RESPONSE!! Didn’t even pick up the phone!!
Not great, in fact very poor wouldn’t bother !👎
