I've used Dabs regularly now for 10+ years. I find products are well described on the website, delivery is generally excellent and service is generally very good. No reservations in recommending this company.

Ordered what i wanted, emailed me to say dispatched and then it arrived in 3 days. Fitted the disk drive and it worked, all at a good price. What more do you want?

Great price and easy to find the product I wanted, delivery was quick and fantastic price will use again.

I bought a Toshiba SSD drive to replace the slow magnetic disk in my Samsung laptop. The SSD arrived quickly. Toshiba use NTI Echo 3 software to create an image on the new drive. The SSD drive is connected to a USB2 port and formatted the new drive correctly but failed to recognise the SSD during the reboot procedure. I tried this with all settings but the same result - 'Unable to find target drive' message.

I phoned Dabs for advice and after some delay whist the operator got to the right place in her CRM system was transferred to their Technical Support. These guys seemed not to understand what I was trying to do and went off into a backup and restore fantasy land of their own invention. Their other suggestion was that I talk to Toshiba, so I ended the call.

My solution was to use AOMEI Partition Assistant which worked first time.

Dabs was the cheapest place I could find a GTX 750 TI. I chose free delivery, and once the item had been dispatched it arrived the next day, can't complain!

I put in two orders recently. The first, for some hard disks, went very well. I didn't need it next day so I choose the 1-3 day delivery and it still turned up very quickly being dispatched the day after ordering and arriving the day after dispatch.

The second order, for an HP micro-server, did not go so well. The item was shown as in stock when I ordered and I knew I wouldn't have time to install it before the following week so again I choose 1-3 day delivery. The day after the order there was no dispatch confirmation and when I checked the website I found it had gone out of stock with no date for new stock expected. There was no e-mail to tell me that it had gone out of stock and that delivery would be delayed. I checked over the next few days when it went back to in-stock and out of stock again still with no communication from Dabs. The delay continued into the Easter weekend so on the Tuesday I called customer services to see what was going on. The woman I spoke to found that it was due for dispatch that day which did happen as promised but I would have appreciated being kept informed.

I use Dabs when I need to buy IT kit and have always been happy with the service. This time I ordered a Toshiba laptop at a good price together with MS Office 365. The items were delivered as promised, in perfect condition and once again I am happy to recommend Dabs to anyone wanting a decent product at a reasonable price.

when paid a premium of next day delivery, it didnt turn up until 2 days later.
When i placed the order originally i got a dispatch confirmation with no mention of delivery being late
unapologetic customer services agent said the delay was due to bank taking longer to authorise payment.

Fast delivery and good service

Bought a Toshiba portable hardrive. Quick to use site and checkout. Best price I could find, even on Ebay. Delivery pretty quick for a free delivery option.

Pricing on a Qnap NAS and WD hard drives was the best i could easily find. Ordered on Weds 23/3 and selected standard 1-3 dqays delivery. Delivery of the NAS was next day (well packed) by TNT, but no hard drives. It was only after reading the Dabs emails that i realised that the hard drives were being sent from another warehouse by Royal Mail. Because of the double bank holiday weekend the drives arrived on the Tuesday. I would have preferred that the drives were slightly better packed - although they were in their individual well protected WD packaging, and were in a nicely sealed large box, they had only been loosely placed in the bottom of the box with a few large air bubble packers on top - good for a top impact, but poor from any bottom impact.
That said, all works fine and I am happy with my purchase.

Dabs have an excellent product range and useful filters, topped-off with the best prices amongst the main technology retailers.
I do think Dabs could benefit from taking a leaf out of cclonline's book where filters are concerned, to help the buyer find exactly what they're looking for.
This aside, I find Dabs flawless in their delivery of experience, products and service, and will continue to be a faithful customer for the foreseeable future.

A simple transaction went as it should - I order and pay, they deliver and the goods are as described.
Why do some companies make things difficult?
Thankfully DABS didn't and I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again

Purchased a router and my order seem to go through perfectly. It said it was "processing", no delivery estimation or further emails were received until the item was dispatched and this was a week later. Good prices and quality products from what I've seen. Only their communication lets them down.

Easy to navigate the web shop. Good prices despite the delivery costs, but when you have to pay for delivery and you see the couriers kicking other parcels off your £800 TV and sliding the box towards you with their feet, you wonder what you just paid for.

Paid extra for next day delivery and it took 4 days to arrive. FAQ's and help horrible. I don't want to sign up with a service to leave a comment on a company.

Had to call customer service to resolve a delivery problem. Ordered a rigs worth of parts and only recieved the Graphics Card and Cooler. No motherboard, processor, memory or hard drives.

Called the moment I opened the box and found the missing parts. Spoke to an especially unhelpful agent, Sarah, started off fine by saying she'd get on it immediately and would call me back with an update. (Especially unhelpful because over the next several calls I made I spoke to her again several times.)

From that point on it was me calling in over several days trying to get a solution. Was promised callbacks which never happened. When asking to speak to managers I was fobbed off. Was given turn around times which were bogus and kept changing.

It was only after finally calling in after a day of customer service not being reachable, a recorded message saying they were unavailable, that I got through to a supervisor who fixed the problem.

Despite having paid for next day delivery I've had to wait a week and the parts have still to arrive. The new order placed was don't on cheap delivery. You'd think they'd own the problem and get the missing parts out ASAP. Not an apology in site. Nothing remotely satisfying done to make up for the mess.

Very unhappy with the service recieved. Can only wonder if it's BT management driving what was a favourite of mine into the ground. Perhaps overclockers will be the way forward from now.
