Needed 3 cylinders quickly as normal supplier unable to get hold of the ones we needed. Excellent communication and delivery exactly when requested.

Made on online enquiry... actually made quite a few online enquiries about a cylinder I wished to purchase... never go one single reply back.

To Cylinders2go:

1. If a customer orders for an urgent delivery as they don't have hot water, please don't wait for them to nudge you at every single stage to find you haven’t done much in between.
2. Being in the car every time a customer calls doesn't look good, it looks like your main business is running a taxi.
3. When it comes to delivery tell the customer when this is instead of them having to call the cylinder manufacturer to find out.
4. At least try to act like you care, not like you cant be arsed.

It was delivered, but to be brutally honest we would have been much better off going direct to the manufacturer - Telford Copper Cylinders - who are incredibly helpful and who regard Cylinders2go as a bit of a shambles.

Let me down with the delivery of a cylinder I cancelled over the phone due to their mess up was told I’d get a refund never came through. It’s been over a week. I’ve sent emails called they are not replying or answering so I’m going to have to claim it back through my Bank not shocked when you read some of the reviews that you see on here poor company 🚮🗑️

So.. We as a business used cylinder2 go over the years in many occasions. Service had always been a bit hit and miss but we've been let down badly this Christmas on two orders and the worst things is cylinders 2 go just do not care . Haven't even had a response to my issues. They should have delivered 2 cylinders to one address.. They didn't turn up. The next day.. One cylinder turned up .. They promised to deliver cylinder the next day but it took about 10 phone call to explain because it was late it needed to go to a different address.. The next day they sent the cylinder to the wrong address which was really no surprise as the competence of this company is extremely bad. I've chased a number of times for an explanation but not a single response..I can see the man in charge Trevor has seen my messages but he's just ignored them.. extremely disappointing.. I've done business with these guys for years but no more this is the last time we will use them. I strongly suggest anyone that thinks of using these guys tries someone else..

Tank was delivered a day early and left in the wrong place. Communication with delivery company and Cylinders2go was very poor especially given the amount of money spent.
They have still not responded to my written complaint.
I recommend you seek service elsewhere.

Absolute disgrace of a company returned a cylinder on the 19th dec still no refund every time I call they say they’ll find out and call me back never calls back ever don’t ever use this company as if you need to return anything your get robbed

I ordered from the website having spoken to Trevor about delivery timelines as I live on the Isle of Wight he told me it would take just over a week to arrive. I called Trevor today to ask if it was still on track to get here and he followed up straight away and sent me all the relevant information about dispatch.
It has just arrived, well packaged and on time.
Very happy with Trevor, his company and his service.

Cylinder arrived within a week of ordering to the west Highlands, No extra postage as demanded by some other companies. Tank looks good. Limited info, eg only one receipt e-mail and no estimated delivery time, but all went smoothly. Well packaged

Never Recommend ....bad service....poor communicators ....took my money for 2 cylinders was told a refund will be issued for 1....never heard back from them despite several emails ....

I required a new hot water cylinder, and searched online, the best deal appeared to be Cylinders2go, so ordered and payed, then I saw the reviews!! on a site close to cylinders2go listing page and was worried, I need not have, it arrived on the day specified in good condition, I've yet to fit it but assuming there are no probs with it I'd say its an absolute bargain.
