I took my Grandson's bike which had a problem with the chain being very loose and often coming off the sprocket. I couldn't fix it myself

Matt was very busy, but said that he'd look at it as soon as he had finished the job he was working on.

I went back the following morning and it was fixed at no charge as it was in his words it was a very small job.

Cycling from London to Paris when I suffered a "mechanical" to my mudguard. Unfortunately, my repair kit did not include a riveter! Fortunately, Cycle Revival was on route and without any fuss or cost, and despite having a mountain of work, the mudguard was repaired there and then. Outstanding service.

Fantastic, friendly service in an emergency for me. They went out of their way to quickly solve my problem even though they were busy. I will definitely use them again.

Matt has been my 'bike guy'! now for about 15 years and I would not go anywhere else. His knowledge is second to none and always will go out of his way to help and offer alternative suggestions. He's guided my 2 kids up from bikes for 4/5 year olds now to almost full size, as well as for me and my wife. Great service, Matt! Will probably see you next week!

After visiting five other bike shops we found Cycle Revival. We thought we'd learned everything we could about electric bikes but learned so much more from Matt and ended up buying from him. Couldn't be happier with the bikes and the service.
