Quicker than I was expecting
Quicker than I was expecting, polite staff. Disappointed in three of the items delivered... two sheets of plywood seriously abused by a FLT, Plasterboard sheet was cracked in multiple places... bad packing AND zero consideration when choosing!

Good morning,
I am very sorry to hear this.
Timber is a natural product that can occasionally bend or twist. While we make every effort to supply timber that is as straight as possible, we understand how frustrating this can be.
If this issue hasn't been resolved yet, please email us at websales@cwberry.com with your order details and some photos of the affected timber. We will do everything we can to rectify the problem for you.
Kind regards,
Terry
