About Us
Founded in 1954 by Colin and Walter Berry as a joinery manufacturer, C&W Berry is recognised as the North West's leading supplier of building materials. Our commitment to stock and the quality of our service is what makes us a truly unique merchant. Many of our 240+ staff have a trade background and undergo regular product training to ensure our customers are always well informed.
Situated in Leyland on Golden Hill Lane, our main 40-acre sales site accommodates for trade, house builders and DIY markets and is easily accessible to customers from all over Lancashire. We operate our own delivery fleet of different sized vehicles that are capable of efficiently distributing large or small orders to building sites and homes throughout the region.
Our broad product range includes over 45,000 products from construction grade timber, bricks and blocks, electrical supplies, plumbing and heating products, internal and external doors, power tools, and practically anything needed to complete a construction project.
We have also recently opened a brand new bathroom showroom adjacent to our main sales site on Braconash Road that features a huge variety of products from popular brands including Infinita, Burlington, Laufen and Crosswater. With an emphasis on quality, our brand new showroom boasts over 30 different displays and includes 4D digital design services from Virtual Worlds.

Used Berry's several times now. Great service. No major issues.
Used Berry's several times now. Service has been great. Checked online, they had the wood I needed in stock. Rang to check on the Wednesday, told delivery Tuesday or Thursday following week. All ok. Ordered online and get an email back to confirm order, and delivery Friday. Oops. They're mistake , they apologised when 1 rang . Delivery was the Tuesday.

Great company with great staff
Every time we buy from Berry's, the staff are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Our last purchase was a custom made front door by their joinery department. The quality of workmanship was second to none and it looks amazing. Great company with great people.

Delivery is the only way!
We opted for delivery this time as our schedule could accommodate the proposed delivery date. Previously collection had been a nightmare. This time we received everything ordered on the day. Communication from the depot and the delivery driver was spot on. We will be placing more orders in the future.

Great for all projects even DIY
As a DIYer and not trade I have ordered from Berry's on multple occaisions. Easy to use website and managed to get almost everything I have needed for my projects in smaller volumes. Can pick a delivery date and the drivers I have seen so far have been brilliant and very accommodating. Also when you go on site the team are very friendly, I have been to other merchants where I have not felt welcome as a DIYer this is not the case at Berry's. Thank you team.
