Best customer service experience ever. I ordered a double lp album but there was a misunderstanding with that I thought it was gonna be delivered at my home but they send it to a pickup point. after some back and forth they agreed to send it back to me for free (the extra shipping). the records sound really good for a lathe cut. you can hear some distortion when the singer screams a high note in the song but for the rest it sounds really clear and almost no service noise. I will be using their service again in the future. WAYYY better than kunaki

I have been printing my self-designed record covers for the promo vinyl I have. I must say Cuts on Wax has the best quality print that can put legit record companies to shame. Even when the resolution of the pictures I used are sometimes of lower quality, the finished product always looks great, just like professional print.

Coming all the way from Canada, cuts on wax was cheaper than USA alternatives AND despite the massive time zone difference they were able to accommodate to my needs. Amazing!

The recording was perfect. I did not expect that for a metal album, but Cuts On Wax exceeded my expectations. The materials of the album cover and the label could be a bit more premium but its ok.

I ordered a custom set of 7 LPs on semi-translucent white vinyl with individual custom covers and center stickers, and it arrived here in Japan in 39 days, which is in line with the estimated 4 week backlog, plus normal production time for a big set like this. Only 3 days to ship from Greece to Japan!

Communication was friendly and everything went smoothly. I made sure to read reviews beforehand, giving me hints to tweak my track divisions to avoid trouble: more important songs to the outside of the discs for better sound quality, avoid going over 20 minutes per side when possible, etc.

The discs turned out beautiful to look at and they play clearly. The printing on the covers is sharp, even though my designs gave them giant swaths of flat color that would have exposed any flaws in their printing process. They came solidly packaged and arrived in pristine shape. Beautiful, plus great sound—I couldn’t be happier with the results!

I ordered a custom vinyl from Cuts on Wax, and not only was the final product absolutely beautiful, but the customer service was genuinely incredible from start to finish.

When I ran into some playback issues with the first copy (which turned out to be caused by my record player, not the vinyl!), Yiannis was beyond kind and helpful. He took the time to listen, troubleshoot, and explain everything in such a thoughtful way — and even arranged for a free replacement on sturdier 2mm vinyl, which was so generous and unexpected.

I’ve honestly never had such a human and patient experience with a company before. Yiannis made me feel understood and supported the whole way through, and you can tell this is a team that really cares about the music and the people.

The vinyl itself is stunning — professionally pressed, beautifully packaged, and clearly made with love. I haven’t been able to play it yet due to record player issues on my end, but even without hearing it, I know the product and the team behind it are exceptional.

I ordered a cover for 2 lps and I am really satisfied with the result: the quality is excellent, both in touch and print, and it also seems to have an excellent resistance. In addition, the site offers many solutions that are hard to find around; really a great job!

Great experience I got to design my own gatefold jacket and the vinyl itself is very high quality too! Definitely worth the price,(for those wondering I did dark lane demo tapes by drake
