Great value, delivered as promised, color and print exactly what I wanted

I would have received my package AFTER my event. A quick 4 minute phone call allowed me to have the package shipped out immediately and received ON TIME!!!. EVERYTHING AS DESCRIBED

I was a little disappointed. I orginally ordered white wrist bands with small red checkers. They said there was 100 included.
When i recieved the invoice it had changed to 500 but i didn't otherwise see a difference. Price, description had all remained the same.
Upon recieving them the checkers were a larger size and unfortunately i left ordering them til the last minute so i didn't have time to send them back and have things fixed. I cut my losses and chopped it up as lesson learned.
However i recieved a bill today from fed ex for $24 something. Something to do with duty across boarder however i only paid that for the wrist bands. Something has gone wrong and i am not paying an additional bill for something that was wrong in the first place.
I am very disappointed
