Currys - Teesside Park Bewertungen 

I bought a Samsung galaxy book 4 360 15.6"2 in 1 and it was 800 quid and it didn't last long so I took it back to currys after TEN DAYS warranty went on it and wouldn't fix it for free and then charged me 50 quid JUST TO LOOK AT IT. That's disgusting. There's 2 lads behind the counter who was looking at my laptop and they were nice don't get me wrong and it wasn't their fault AT ALL.

It's annoying when you spend alot of money on a good make and it breaks not long after and expect you to pay 50 quid just to look at it so i took it back and i went over to coulby newham in the phone shop to see if he could fix it and he gave me a phone number so I did text it.

I went today to see what's wrong with my laptop and he said straight away without charge it could be the mother board and my brother guessed it too and that saved me 50 pound and its going to take a week to see whats wrong with it and depending on the motherboard it could cost between 100 to 600 pound so i suggest DON'T get this laptop.

Also I had a smaller blue acer laptop 10 years ago for school and even that lasted longer than the Samsung laptop so it just goes to show that if it has a good make on it might not be good.

I had to put a fake date this happened last year.

the purchase was for a replacement of a product that was delivered damaged some 12 weeks ago

Told me what date , time , what I was getting and who would be delivery driver . Came , dropped, fitted checked and left, polite and helpful , couldn't want more

Great services by both the shop and delivery staff . Delivery team in particular were incredibly helpful thank you very much

The lads that bought my fridge freezer took off all the packaging took it with them and I only had to put in it place after its standing for a wile.1st class delivery.

Paid for lap top at Teeside Park They did not have the model in ,so they checked Hartlepool and they had some instock , Teeside Park had not emailed to sort the stock out , abd they had not put one away for us , it was lucky they had some in stock ,and we got one ,bad communication on Teeside Park

Cant put a minus or would have .the worst customer service ever .will not accept my return just keep saying i need an uplift number but wont give me one over 4weeks now my contract is with currys not hoover who they keep passing the buck to i can only get an uplift number if the item is broken or damaged it isnt i just want to return it because it is not fit for purpose and was miss sold to me as i did not see it in store i was told it had three shelves one is only 2 inches wide i was told it had an egg tray it hasent but it is also to small and wont accept your statutary rights of return im sick of going in store around 7 times now and some staff were not nice at all to be told you need uplift number and ringing them to be told the same asked for a complaints number but just whent back to them found anouther but says cant be connected its costing me a fortune going in store as i dont drive they just tell you anything to get rid do not honour there return policy the staff are awfull .wont be buying from them again iv spoken to trading standards this morning and they are resposible .tried sending a complaint to email it was returned and phone number says cant be connected they need shutting down there a disgrace dont buy from theses con men lets close them down got an answer to this review told to contact an email giving a number but as exspected no reply fingers crossed trading standards advice will help my kitchen fitter had fitted it on friday whiles i was out trying to sort it again in currys i had no option to use it as my old fridge had been thrown out

There was such a lot of washers to choose from. The assistant Abbas was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I asked.
