Jordan and Matt were amazing helping us decide what we needed, and were very patient with us when we kept changing our minds before trying to decide. Very professional, knowledgable and even fun. We really liked them as people. And they got the sale.

I put online order for steam generator iron on the 14th of september 2026 to be collected within 24 hours from Medway branch. I received the confirmation of the on the same day. Advised to wait for another email. I rang curry on 22-09-26 to find out how long will it take.
To my surprise I was informed that the item is not available and order has been cancelled. I only found out because I rang them.very poor service.

Very good, arrived on time.

When you pay for installation you expect to be able to watch all channels. Not just connect to internet,tell you to sign in and leave. I could not get terrestrial TV. Turns out ( after two crews coming and having to get a professional in) they did not connect aerial,! Also shop staff did not inform me that the Samsung I purchased did not have iPlayer due to BBC not granting a license! I should have gone to John Lewis. I am 82 and disabled so all this was not very helpful

Very disappointed with Currys. Ordered a TV which was to be delivered to the store on Friday 11th sept. Needed it for my granddaughter to take to university the following day. Went to Currys Chatham Kent on the Saturday to be told it had not been delivered yet but will be delivered Sunday. This did not help but I went Sunday in order to drive it all the way to university to drop it off, only to be told it had not arrived and they are not delivering today so will be here tomorrow but cannot give me a time. Can be any time after 12pm. No email Monday to say it is ready to be collected. Uless trying to get hold of anyone. Virtual assistance absolutely waste of time. No way of trying to speak to an actual person. Phoned Tuesday at 8am after researching what number to call which was a mission in itself as they don't make it easy to contact customer complaints. Was then told it has been in the store since the 10th. Unbelievable. Given the run around. Spent time and money going to the store twice. My husband now has had to take the morning off today to collect and drive it all the way to university. When I asked for the email for customer complaints there isn't any. I have to write a letter. What company these days don't have a number or email address to complain. Currys, you make it very difficult for customers to speak to an actual person, make a complaint in the way modern sociality does, or be helpful in any way.

I was disappointed with the staff I went to buy a TV no one wanted to help me I got the TV then we went to pay for it there was a member of staff on the counter she just looked at me then she just walked away then a member of staff said can we have someone on the tills there is customers awaiting then I ask have you got a recycling bin for my old TV yes a cage down the bottom so I went out and got my old TV as I came back I ask a member of staff can you show me the where the recycling bin is please and she just pointed down there so I put it in the bin as I came out I said thank you she just looked at me and said nothing I was disappointed.

The service from the staff was second to none.

Their knowledgeable and professional approach was amazing.

When I first came through the door I saw a young man behind a counter and asked him for a tv. He pointed out that it wasn't his dept but would get someone. I showed him which tv I wanted and he said that while he was there he might as well carry it to the till. After paying, he asked where my car was and carried the tv out and put it into my car. He went over and above his position to help me. He was extremely polite and helpful and a pleasure to be served by. Thank you.

Needed a new washing machine. Loads to choose from. Ordered and paid for. The young lady that dealt with us was very helpful . Delivery and collection team were brilliant.
Only minor fault, not enough shop floor staff.

The gentlemen who helped me find the TV was very patient and had all the answers I needed, helping me find the right tv within minutes.
I was then helped by a young lady who helped me through the actual buying process who was very knowledgeable and helped me out a lot.

Fast and professional and right in the nominated time, always the same service thanks once again

The customer service was straight through and quick. Oliver was polite and was able to answer any questions that I had. He helped me to add my MacBook to my curry’s account and set me up with the store wifi to help make the process faster. He took a low pressure approach and said for me to take my time because he wasn’t in any rush. I walked away happy with my experience and a MacBook that arrived to the address I gave the following day. On the day of delivery I received an email with a passcode and a phone call to validate the email and also check I got insurance. Everyone I met has been kind, caring and patient. It’s why I keep coming back.

Had a good experience whilst purchasing my laptop, Chromebook specialist Mo was 5* in advising how easy it would be to set up. Sales assistant seemed okay but I’ve since had an issue with my McAfee not being scanned properly so I couldn’t install. I returned with product causing problem to be told they needed everything in the bundle returned in order to sort out, so another trip back to store was needed. This I was not impressed about, I had my receipt but was clearly not trusted. My advice would be to other customers make sure you check everything before you leave the store if you do not want to have to continually return for them to correct their mistake.

The staff member provided guidance and key information regarding the products that I wanted. Even went so far as to take my new tv and soundbar to the car for me. He explained everything clearly and assisted with my choice of soundbar which I am yet to install but am confident that it was the correct choice

We went looking for a new TV and new American style fridge freezer, the colleagues in the showroom were fantastic, so knowledgeable and so passionate about the products they sell, went above and beyond, so refreshing to see

It's the staff, the products can be bought anywhere, but the staff treated me amazingly.

The customer service was jut brilliant, your staff take time out to explain to me everything I need to know about the gadget I was buying and I really appreciated it.

The operator/store worker that helped me buy my iPhone 16 was very helpful and nice and explained everything well to me and my mum when we didn’t understand something about the finance and he made sure to explain until we understood everything before buying which we really appreciated. His name was Grant, very lovely man

ordered for delivery next day and was pleasantly happy when I got a call saying my delivery was 10 minutes out the next day as asked for the delivery men were quick and efficient to take the old unit away after fitting the new one where it needed to be fitted
