Demi was amazing and very patient with us. She went above and beyond and spent ages helping us with the best deal. I am 64 and not very good with technology and she assisted us.
We are very happy with the price we paid. Demi is a star in my eyes.

Customer service is on point. In house sales are so knowledgeable and help you find the best deal for the right appliance. A great way to pay is buy now and pay 6 to 12 months interest free, helps when you see the coffee machine of your dreams.

The only problem was l was told to pick my Tv on Wednesday and my son went to shop in the morning to be told it wasn’t in yet.Apparently l should have waited for a text before going to collect it.Surely it would have been better to be told l could collect it on Thursday when it was in store.

We went to buy a TV and the Samsung rep. was instore, as well as Curry’s sales person. Both were very helpful and answered all our questions.

Discount was not included at the time of the sale, had to return the next day to get it sorted

Sales Assistant was Andy; giving advice, when requested, displaying a thorough knowledge of comparative specifications of all relevant items on sale, and courteously listening to customer's various requirements. Very helpful in allowing customer to reach their own purchase decision. Throughout the store, other sales staff introduced themselves, willing to be of subsequent help should the customer require it. Currently awaiting scheduled arrival of goods. Good show all round.

My laptop was not working. I went to the helpdesk for this in your Kirkcaldy store on Saturday. . There was no-one on the desk so I stood waiting. Staff members were standing around yet no-one came over to me. I approached a woman who told me the person on the help desk wouldn’t be in until Monday. I gave her brief details of what the problem was and she automatically said it was a Microsoft problem. I disputed this as we have a family Microsoft package and I was the only family member with a problem. I didn’t like her attitude but she did call another staff member over. He tried to help but couldn’t and he told me that the staff member dealing with this would be back on duty at 12 noon on Monday. I went in today around 1.30pm only to he told there was a booking system to get help and I didn’t have an appointment. No-one said that on Saturday. However, he had a spare 20 minutes. The outcome was that, despite me having an exceptionally small amount of files on my PC it was too much for my PC to catch up at times because I had Co- pilot etc. He also said I should have my laptop connected to the electric mains at all times when using it. Wow. He also said he would have to witness the malfunctions I was describing to him. I was also advised that the cover I have for my laptop only covers faulty parts e.g. keys and screens. Is this correct? My laptop will be a year old on 15th September so what do I do. My husband has deleted the files your employee told us to and my word documents are still defaulting to oti files. Where do I stand if we cannot resolve the problems we brought to the attention of your staff?

Excellent service from Ben at the Kirkcaldy store

I bought a laptop on 30/08 and Ben was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure I chose the right laptop for my needs.

The whole experience was easy and stress-free thanks to Ben’s excellent customer service. He really went above and beyond, and is a credit to the store.
