I would have give them Zero star if had an option. Rubbish customer services and delivery information. We ordered a fridge freezer and were given half a day of slot for delivery. when called no information what so ever was given about the driver and after the time slot was over and we still didn't get our delivery and called back we were told driver is stuck in traffic in some where London (we live in Surrey) and have rescheduled the delivery. Its frustrating that they think everyone is free and they gave us no information despite given the delay. If they would have enquired before hand it would have saved us few hours. All they said we cannot help you every time we called them and they you need to reschedule if the driver doesn't turn up. What kind of after sales/ customer services is It?

Absolutely awful professionalism, neither of them are in sync. Seems as though they don't know how to run things at all. How do does a bloody company receive money but no one knows where the money has gone?Whenever we ordered in the past they take 15 minutes to send/ process the order with the chosen restaurant. That's aside. You're better off using JUST EAT or HUNGRYHOUSE where orders are sent and received instantly by the restaurant.

We placed an order recently. The money had been taken and went to their company. They 'claimed' they didn't see the money, more like didn't know how to check.
They REFUSED to send my order over to restaurant in which I had ordered due to a 'technical glitch' saying stupid excuses that it was my browser. We had to pay again elsewhere. Called the lame technical department the following morning and she said they had received the money all along.

I don't see anything special about the company, just the money off. that's why they'll NEVER compete with others. Biggest regret using them.

Rude people on the customer service phone, they choose if they want to help you or not, I tried getting through to them and when I did, the lady on the phone just hanged the phone on me without answering my questions. Not being funny we all have bad days but there's no need to take it out on other people.

I ordered with this company only to be told one hour later that the order jad not neen passed on. I emailed them with my issue asking for a refund and then another hour later the food arrived which i had to refuse as i no longer required the food. Not good

Ordered a curry from local restaurant, paid online. Arrived at restaurant to be told I hadn't paid, and would need to pay again. Restaurant rang curries online who said I hadn't paid. I paid again, looked at credit card statement showing I had been charged by curries online as well as restaurant. Informed restaurant. I thought this was just a misunderstanding and expected to be reimbursed in due course. 3 weeks later still no reimbursement even though I have been reassured a number of times that this is happening. I can only assume this is a common way that curries online make their money. AVOID

Took order at 7.45 for delivery at 8.30 on Saturday evening 6.1.17.
received confirmation email.
At 9.00 rang restaurant direct and they had not received an order from curries online.
I contacted curries online.
Their solution at 9.15pm - "We will place order with restaurant again as the restaurant have forgotten the order and get them to deliver ASAP" (which I assume would be around 45 minutes) so dinner would be around 10 pm - some 1 hour and 30 minutes late - and I still have to pay full price?

I ordered a curry via curriesonline from a good local restaurant that didn't deliver. I paid £42 and waited until my requested delivery time. But no delivery. I tried to contact curriesonline, but they do not have a customer telephone number (probably because they'd have too many complaints!). I sent them three emails before I received a reply five days later. They have been 'looking in to it' for the past two weeks and I still have not had a refund or apology.
AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Used multiple times with no problems.Clear website.So easy to order rather than trying to order by phone.They do not publish negative reviews though.

2 separate orders from different restaurants, money taken - orders both cancelled on different occasions.

Ordered my food and waited well over an hour for the food to arrive, so began chasing the order; only number provided for the restaurant just rang continuously until it went dead. Despite numerous attempts (alomst 20!) the phone was NEVER answered. I naively paid for the meal via the website so not only is there no food but I've paid for the privalige!

I will NEVER use this site again and I will warn everyone I know to avoid like the plague.

I have made contact to get a refund but still waiting.

Phoned to chase up an order that I have been waiting for for 6 weeks already. Was passed around back and forth between departments, before being told probably best to phone back in the morning! All because it was getting close to the 8pm closing time!

Terrible service!!!

Posted a negative review after two of the main curries was missed on the delivery and even after an hour & half later it never got delivered after complaining. No wonder the feedback looked so good on the reviews. Don't trust anything curriesonline.co.uk put up as its only the half of it (the good ones).

What is the point of these apps putting the facility to review their vendors if they delete all of the average or negative reviews? Why bother sending the request to a repeat customer to add a review, if you've already ignored a message from that customer as to why previous reviews have been ignored because they weren't glowing references? Just go straight to the restaurant, no point using services like this that aren't presenting an honest perspective.

What an amazing website. I stumbled across this site a few days ago and ordered from on of mt local takeaways using the 10% first time discount. Seamless process, paid bt PayPal and got my delivery within the hour. The food was delivered hot, and they even threw in a couple of extra poppadoms.

We ordered some Indian food from our local Indian restaurant. We were supposed to get 10% discound on collection and 15% discount using a code which we had on the screen. We then received a 'verification code' on my mobile. We thought we had ordered..

Although we hadn't received any e-mail confirmatin and we just went to the restaurant to collect the food. They said that they hadn't received any order from us and I had to 're-ordered' on the spot waited for 30 minutes more!
We contacted the curriesonline customer service but they said that order wouln'd had come through... They are not helpful basically.
We are not going to use this site and we'd rather order on the phone and collect it!

Beware it is rubbish! first whilst putting my order online thought oh what a great website, I can pay cash(as i dont trust websites to put my card details) on arrival. put my order at 7 pm, had a vonfirmation email saying I will get my order by 7:31.. waited till 8:10 no delivery! si called the restaurant directly, and they said they didnt get any order yet, so ordered with them again. What a rubbish! really!

The website gives a comprehensive list of local restaurants. Howeve, I tried to redeem curry points on line and it did not let me in. The response I got to my perfectly reasonable query as to why this had happened was rude to the pint of being offensive. I'm glad other people had a good experience, but I had the opposite. I believe the company is trading under false promises

What a fantastic website. I ordered one of their specials the other day and it was fabulous. I try not to make a habit of curries, but if curries are your thing then this site is for you!

being a huge curry lover like 20 million or so people in the UK I am constantly on the lookout for new restaurants and takeaways in my local vicinity so when I actually stumbled onto this site I thought my prayers had been answered.

The whole look and feel of the site is very clean and simple to distinguish, once I put my postcode in it came back with a result of 36 establishments, someof them I hadn't even known existed (and I know most of them, believe me). The display was very clear and informative, it showed the opening hours, reviews, delivery time and best of all the special deals each restaurant was offering.

I went with one that had the best reviews and clicked through to its menu which was categorised very nicely and each dish was described in detail (not like some menus). I added my dishes to the basket and proceeded with the order. It asked me how I would like to pay and I decided cash (for which I had to register which was quick & simple) and submitted my order.

I received an email and an SMS on my phone regarding the confirmation and an appproximate delivery time. While waiting for my food I browsed through the whole site and found their currypedia section (very clever name) which was very informative, especially for a curry buff.
I got really into all the info on the site when suddenly the doorbell went and guess what? it was my food which arrived in 35 minutes.

I simply had to share this with all the curry lovers out there, this site needs to be bookmarked because they seem to have coverage all over the UK.
