DO NOT BUY THIS. I could blow out my mouth and dry my har with more airflow than this thing produces. It is junk. And I have been trying to get in touch with the company to return for the last month and got no reply. Have now taken up a dispute with my credit card to get a refund for this junk.

This company is actually an AliExpress drop shipper - meaning they charge you $120, buy the “5 in 1 hair styler” on AliExpress for $40 then ship it to you directly. That’s why so many people are having trouble with returns! Save your money and don't buy from Curly.

Amazing! I accidentally ordered a product with the incorrect plug adaption, I was emailing back and forth and didn’t get anywhere. However I decided one last try today using their live chat and it has been resolved just like that. I am being sent out a replacement with the correct outlet, free of charge for my inconvenience of not having it resolved already. I would 100% recommend using this feature.

Horrible product. I returned it (after a huge hassle) and now they won’t answer my emails (or messages on any platform) about my refund. I am trying to go through my credit card now.

Been trying to rerun since May 16th. Got in touch with my bank and have forwarded them my 16 attempts and their replies of “looking into it”. I can’t wait to get my money back from these scammers.

HORRIBLE SCAM COMPANY - Ordered the 5 in 1. It broke within 10 minutes...could literally hear the motor burn out and it started smoking. Have been going back and forth requesting a return for 2 weeks now. They have quit responding. Have contacted credit card company to dispute.
PLEASE don't spend your hard earned money on this junk - completely useless.

And regarding your reply below. This is an attempt to save face on a public forum. I do not want another product, I would like my money back. You’ve made it abundantly clear (with your lack of response) that that will not happen. Shame on you.

Would leave a big fat zero if I could! They are a scam site. Don’t bother buying their dupe version of the dyson airwrap - piece of garbage. Paid over $119 for the device plus $29 for the travel case, which was never delivered!

I kept trying to get instructions for a refund, but, they keep stalling and they keep asking why I want to return the item and to send them a video of what was wrong with it. Why??? I’ve already told them several times that it doesn’t work and it looks like a pc of junk! Even the box it came in was falling apart. When you use the attachments, they actually unscrew as you are using them, even if you are using it gently as the turn grip is so flimsy.

I should have read the reviews for this site before making my purchase. Be warned and be smarter than I was!

Best. Product. Ever. Literally the perfect dyson air wrap dupe. I’ve tried a few dupes from other companies and this one has to be the best. The attachments are almost identical to dysons and it works just as well for less than half the price.

While you might think $150 is a steal for a dyson dupe, this company is the one stealing. I had my product for about 2 weeks before it broke and they told me I could return it. Been waiting for over 2 months to receive my return confirmation to ship it back. They just want to steal your money and don’t post any negative reviews on the website. I wrote one and it was taken down 2 days later. DO NOT BUY.

Do not buy!!!! I bought the styler over a month ago. I have had no updates on shipping. No responses to my emails after I have sent countless emails asking about the status of the order. On their site, shipping says it will take 5-7 days……they obviously do not plan on sending anything out to me and I advise you don’t waste your money on this. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Terrible customer service, false advertising and a scam. I cant stress it enough.

JUNK! MELTED FIRST DAY. TRIED AND TRIED TO CONTACT NO REPLY!! So I contacted my credit card company to help, credit card company refunded the money and opened a case then curly wants to reply to them just so they don't have to refund my money with them replying to them it closed the case and charged me again.... Still curly will not respond me! This place is a joke and will steal your money any chance they get!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Skip the scam junk product and buy the dyson! Purchased dyson and its great!

I ordered an airwrap from their webpage and they delivered it to the wrong address and I have been trying to get my money back for three months now and have sent 20+ emails to them with no response whatsoever. NEVER BUY FROM THEM as they will ignore you and steal your money. They only responded to one email when I sent the screenshot of the address I placed on the webpage and the address they delivered the product to, showing them that it was incorrect saying that they would look into it and get back to me which they never did.

I went through absolute hell and back with this company and nothing was accomplished. I ordered the knock-off of the "Dyson Airwrap styler" on CurlyAir but ordered their "Curly Airstyler Five in One". The product itself isn't necessarily a scam but the company is overall. These smaller, undeveloped companies will usually say "contact us before returning" and when they do, that is a major red sign.
They give you a list of orders that the item must be in to return. I emailed them a total of 10+ times and only got responses from the first 2 times and when they knew I was qualified for a return, they began to ignore me. This item was not cheap, it's $115 not including tax or shipping. I have relatively thin hair and it barely worked still. it works but doesn't get the job done for $115. After I realized they kept ignoring me, I threatened legal action because this is a fraud company not accepting eligible returns. They finally let me submit an appeal after I threatened WHICH WAS REJECTED for no reason and I was qualified for a return. Get the item if wanted but it is a complete rip-off for the price it is. Absolutely disgusting, despicable company. Do not encourage these businesses.
