They took the time to explain the implications of the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 in a way that was easy to understand, ensuring I felt fully informed about my position.

I contacted several companies online and a very helpful young lady from Cubit phoned me back almost immediately. Even though I gave no indication that I would actually go with them, she volunteered a lot of useful information about the process itself, and how to select a safe and appropriate company. Needless to say, once she had finished I was sold on Cubit. They made the process itself very easy, communication was excellent and their scale of charges were clear and well laid out. In the event, because there were no complications I only paid a basic fee of £75. I was very pleased with the whole thing and would recommend Cubit without any reservations!

We cannot thank Mark and Stacy enough for their help in resolving our party wall issue. As first time buyers and first time renovators, we knew very little about the process (or even what a party wall was, for that matter) and had already experienced a difficult situation with our neighbours.

From the very first call and throughout the process, they were calm, informative, and incredibly patient with us. It was an extremely stressful time, made even more challenging by delays that were completely outside of our control.
