The worst company I have dealt with in years. I bought a dyson hoover which was not up to the job. Sent it back. A month later over 10 calls later and emails I am still awaiting my refund. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ATROCIOUS.

I ordered my hoover in February and unfortunately I think my order got lost. I phoned today and It is arriving in 24hours. The gentleman I spoke to was very apologetic. I hope to receive it tomorrow

Message to CS Suppliers I would like to return my order it’s not exactly what I was expecting lots of complex digital functions which I don’t understand .I am visually impaired and could not follow the instructions clearly also I have been sick with COVID so could not return it sooner. It was only u packed and then repacked immediately.

I ordered a new electric cooker which was delivered in less than 48 hours. The friendly engineer wired up the new cooker, and took away the old one with no fuss whatsoever. A good price too. A good crew. Highly recommended!

I ordered 6 days before delivery, but very pleased with the product, wasn't able to track it either despite ringing for the tracking number.

Delivered by courier within 24 hours to a changed delivery address. Great customer service and attention . Highly recommend .

I am so happy with my new dyson big bowl Vaccum cleaner the power of suction is amazing, is very easy to empty it and is very quiet.

I ordered my new Dyson Hoover on Tuesday 22nd February 2022 - delivery was scheduled to take place on Friday 25th but as this wasn’t convenient I requested delivery for Monday 28th.
I am happy to advise my delivery arrived as requested with a notification advising the one hour delivery window by Parcel Force.
