Took my delivery details and payment and then messaged to say item had been dispatched. A day later, had an email to say they don't delivery to UK so transaction cancelled. Why didn't they say so when they requested my address before payment?

The delivery is not ideal. I ordered the item on 24 March & I could only receive it on 5 April.

Ordered an item with CS waited a wk and a half for it then they email me to say that it's out of stock? CS if you don't have the item don't advertise it you are wasting my time as well as your own having to issue refunds.

Reicieved my 1st machine on Friday it was damaged which they could not have known about so rang to tell them on Saturday and they replaced with a new one on Monday.First class service 5 stars
