Very helpful sales advisor who took order and advised of a fast delivery. All this happened and old appliance was removed too.

Received the Dyson fan that I ordered…
Received the Dyson fan that I ordered and was not happy with it. Rang CS within two days to ask for a refund and was told that I would lose 25% as I had opened the product. How are you supposed to know if you like the product or not if you don’t open the box? Rang Dyson and they said if I had ordered with them I would of got a full refund. Would NEVER use this company again. Absolute no customer service.
CS Supplies asked me to get back in touch and offered to collect the fan and refund me with a much smaller deduction. A much happier outcome and this has restored my faith in their customer service. I would like to change my opinion of them.

First of all, I would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused.
C.S Suppliers a high street retailer and unfortunately the only way to test our items is in store.
It does clearly state information regarding restocking fees on our returns policy online.
There would be a restocking fee of up to 25% as we are not able to sell the item as brand new.
Dyson sometimes has a money back guarantee that extends to independent retailers, but at the present moment this does not apply to us.
If you could please call me on 02890 241181 I would like to get this resolved for you.

Cooker replacement
My cooker was losing the will to live. I was looking for somewhere local who could maybe beat Currys. Found CS Suppliers online. Great prices with fre÷ delivery. I ordered online on Friday evening and my cooker was delivered before lunchtime on Monday. Great service and delivery driver. Thanks.

Excellent Customer service & Delivery. Very Good Bargain
I ordered Dyson Cyclone V10 Animal Extra vacuum cleaner and got it delivered few days later. Throughout their communication and tracking were good. Although couple of items were missing on the first delivery this was fixed when i called and made them aware and they dispatched the missing ones. Highly recommend them
