I recently purchased a Mustang from CSH, and overall, the service I received was on par with any other reputable dealership. I needed to collect the car that same weekend, and they really pulled out all the stops to make it happen though to be fair, that’s something you’d expect from most dealerships eager to close a sale.
Before buying, I’d read several reviews on another site praising the “little extras” like a full tank of fuel or small gifts. So I’ll admit, I was a bit disappointed not to receive the same, especially considering the price of the car. It’s not a major issue, but those small touches do make a difference, so my advice to CSH would be: don’t lose those thoughtful details they really make you stand out.
All the staff were polite, courteous, and professional, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.
So why the full 5 stars?
After purchasing, Ford identified a wheel bearing issue during a health check. Normally, most dealerships would insist I bring the car back to them, which for me would’ve meant at least a five-hour round trip. However, within 24 hours, CSH had agreed for my local Ford dealership to complete the repair and paid the full cost directly.
That kind of prompt and flexible after-sales support is rare, and I honestly don’t know many dealerships that would handle it so efficiently especially allowing the work to be done by a main dealer elsewhere.
So yes, CSH fully deserves 5 stars.
