Have just booked yet another holiday with Steve Fuller our agent.As usual he gave excellent friendly service.This booking has been a little different changing from one holiday to another.Every time i emailed him (and there was a few) he always answered asap with the info needed.He certainly has patience so I'd just like to thank him for helping me to get to the right conclusion. Definitely 5 star service.

It was very easy to contact my agent Alison Ranaldi and discuss my requirements. She was knowledgeable of the ship and the overall tour itinerary, checking with me every step of the way to ensure that I understood everything, and that I was happy to proceed with booking. She double checked everything with me again, asked if I had any questions, explained the payment process and when I would receive full details of the booking.
All went very smoothly and I would have no hesitation in using this company again.

Lois Harvey, our Specialist Cruise Consultant, is extremely friendly, exceptionally knowledgeable and always goes the extra mile to find us exactly what we want. We have ideas of what we would like and Lois always shops around to find us the best possible deal and always offers alternatives to consider which are very close to our original brief. It maybe a different cruise line with different offers included etc. Lois always gets the best possible deal available and we will always go back to her for future cruises. Lois the absolute BEST and our go to Cruise Consultant. I cannot sing her praises highly enough.

Please do not book your cruise with this company, they do not honour price drops especially if your paying a lot of money my cruise prices have dropped by half other people are getting price matches now with on board credit etc , but I just rang and nothing .they can’t do anything

My query related to the status honouring and the recognition of our platinum status with sister company. Richard was so professional and he helped enormously.He was friendly and very quick to understand my problems. It was a real joy to speak to someone who knew their job and he is a real bonus to the company.

Everything was perfect.Ben went through all info spot on.Would price match but cruise.co.uk was cheaper anyway.Top marks for Ben.Perfect.Nice and easy transition.Got the exact cruise i wanted to every detail.Well done Ben top lad.

With them last Sunday and discovered on Monday that I could get £300 cheaper than what I had paid for with cruise.co.uk. So be wise and shop around, they do not do the price match unlike John Lewis.

Trevor answered our initial queries. He got back to us with answers and prices. I booked the next day, and as we are going with friends he rang then straight after dealing with me. He was courteous and knowledgeable and friendly.

I've used Cruise.co several times over the years and always had great service. Most recently I booked with Tom Harding who was very friendly and knowledgeable and made the booking very easy. I've since had a couple of minor queries and he's always responded promptly to assure me that all's well!

Was easy to book not too sure about the rest having to input cruise insurance passport details and. Anything else would need help
